Works to lower inflamation below the eyes. Fits the face very well and is not irritating to wear. Don’t wear for too long as the cold will be very uncomfortable and could cause damage.

Comfortable
I have had this product for a couple of years now. It has proven its durability and usefulness. I typically use it as a cold compress when my eyes are swollen or I am suffering a migrane. So, it lives in my fridge now. It can also be used as a warm compress. It comes in a zip bag that keeps it clean and ready for use. Also, the strap is adjustable and stretchy.

I have not used this mask for heat, so disregard this review if you want to read about a heat mask.I like this mask. Like others have written, it loses it’s coldness quite quickly. For about 20 minutes (which is the time they specify you should keep it in the freeze for) it gives you a solid 5 minutes of great, genuinely cold cooling sensation and then maybe another 10 minutes of just being a bit cooler before the heat of my face returns it to a normal temperature. It’s comfortable to wear with a slim strap. It does however include a warning to not leave it in the freezer, which was a little disappointing because my ideal mask would be one that I just leave in the freezer and pull out whenever I need it; this mask is more of a ‘put it in the freezer when you need it and wait 20 minutes’ type product. Still, I am glad I have this product for days where I wake up with a hangover or whenever I get a migrane

Definitely helps soothe my migraines. I love that there is a soft side so they donât stick to my skin. Even once the ice melts, the gel is very soothing. I appreciate the eye holes because I have found a way to work through my worst migraines. I work from home, but migraine days are debilitating & they are getting better thanks to these little guys!

It works !
My husband was waking up with swollen irritated eyes. He wore the mask consecutively for a week and had instant relief. Now he no longer wakes up everyday with the swollen/puffy eyes and irritation. But in a case that he does we know the mask definitely works. The size was perfect for his head and also mine. Very easy to use straps in the back. Extremely durable with think plastic like material.

I purchased this because I love that it has eye holes. The problem is that it gets way too cold to put it directly on the skin so I have to use a towel which defeats the purpose of the eye holes. It can be put into the freezer for about 20 minutes to get it chilled, and then I can put it directly on the skin which is what the directions say to do. If I do that, it does not stay cold for more than 10 minutes. It would be a better product if there was fabric on the side that comes in contact with the skin like the one I got from my eye doctor.

Comfortable, heat or ice work well
Mask works very well both cold and hot. Two features really stand out. First, it is a nice feature to have the eye holes cut out. With my other mask, itâs one solid piece with no eye holes cut out. When I put it on to ice my sinuses the other mask makes my eyeballs too cold. I have to fold up tissue and put it between the mask and my eyes. This mask doesnât have that problem. Another feature I like, when I need to apply heat, I just heat the mask in the microwave for about 20 seconds. So itâs super easy to heat and apply quickly without messing around with hot water bottles.

Cooling eye mask
This eye mask did not disappoint. I was looking for something to help with swelling from seasonal allergies and this worked. Just stick it in the fridge and itâs ready to use when needed.

I was facing eyelid surgery and needing to ice the area afterwards. I had purchased 2 of the rectangular brick type as well as the Myhalos. The bricks were cold and long-lasting but since they were frozen ridgid they didn’t conform to facial contours and, because they had to be used within an insulating material, the chill was less than desired. I used the Myhalos out of the fridge successfully and was pleased with the way they conformed to the face and allowed me to see at the same time. I had some seepage along the suture lines, but that was easily removed by gentle attention with a damp cloth. I got approx 10-15 minutes in this way, so I became a bit bolder seeking greater and longer chill. I kept one in the freezer for 30 minutes. The mask did not become a board quite, and the chill when applied, was tolerable, effective and lasted sufficiently. This performed well for its price and I think anyone facing this type of surgery could benefit from its handy use. It has not leaked despite numerous applications, but I would advise gentle handling.

Die Maske hat die richtige GröÃe. Wurde sehr schnell zugestellt. Habe die Maske sofort für 30 Minuten in den Kühlschrank gelegt .Etwas später habe ich diese sofort ausprobiert. Meine Augen würden sehr gut gekühlt. Das Gefühl danach war sehr angenehm. Bin sehr zufrieden!

Tengo pocos dÃas con el producto y hasta ahora ha sido lo que prometÃa. El material parece duradero y se ve de buena calidad, la cinta que trae la máscara para sujetar la a la cabeza no se ha aflojado y la mantiene en su lugar.
