Research zinc levels – 60 mg is too much!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:So initially I loved these – I mostly noticed the Ashwagandha for sleep is incredible. Itâs not a melatonin sleep or anything – 0 grogginess. My boyfriend suggested I look up the dosages and make sure theyâre safe. I didnât even think about it so I sent a picture to ChatGPT and it says 60 mg of zinc has possible long term side effects. Iâm ordering a whole new supplement. So please use with caution.
