Listen, I donât usually get emotionally attached to shampoo, but Nioxin System? Weâre basically in a committed relationship now. Itâs not the cheapest shampoo out there, but that also usually means it actually WORKS!â¦if youâre tired of your hair looking like itâs going through an existential crisis, this is the stuff.I started noting in my phone notes how much hair was falling out after every shampoo, because it used to be a lot. And after 7 times of using this I was down to just 2-3 hairs instead of a handful!!After a month, I swear my hair started staging a comeback tour. 85% of people said it thickensâIâm pretty sure the other 15% just werenât using it right. My hair feels fuller, denser, and way less sad. Like, it finally RSVPâd to the party on my head and brought friends.I also didnât have to use nearly as much as I used to: a much smaller amount of it lathers up JUICY!!! So good! So Iâm not going thru it nearly as fast as I thought I would! And it smells great: no strong smell to it really as all.The real MVP here is the scalp situation. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is the best shampoo I have found that works on my hair and scalp. It keeps my scalp clean of flakes, dry skin and keeps my scalp from itching. I have used this for years and still recommend to everyone I know.Â

Only shampoo for fine and thinning hair
Best shampoo I have found for my fine and thin hair. I really wanted to switch to a plastic-free shampoo bar, but had to return to Nioxin. After using the bar for a month and a half, my hair felt noticeably thinner and flat. After one wash with this my hair feels and looks fuller. Now I wish Nioxin could make a plastic-free refill.

Nice shampoo, but does not grow hair
Itâs a great shampoo and fluffs your hair out, making it appear fuller. Nice scent. Only a small amount is needed to get a good lather, so it may be more economical than it appears to be. It does not, however, grow any new hair.

So I bought the shampoo and conditioner after starting to use minoxidil for hair regrowth. Iâll start with cons, the cost is high and you canât find this product at normal stores. The pros, I really feel like the shampoo is cleaning my scalp. Itâs not like a tea tree cleaning sensation, rather you feel like the tingle of a cleaning. My hair is very oily and this product helps control that. It doesnât really smell one way of the other. I let the conditioner sit in for a few min and overall I donât see any hair loss when washing my hair so I will come to the conclusion that this shampoo and conditioner help

Great product especially in winter for a dry scalp. Really takes the itch away and gives you a clean scalp.As for helping thin hair, It may help a bit, but i wouldnât say I had any dramatic results.One thing about this product is our hair benefits from the fact our scalps arenât itchy or dry. If weâre always scratching we could damage a hair follicle.I would buy it again and recommend these products to anyone needing to smooth the scalp.
