Pregnancy life savior
You know why they tell you to avoid being full on pregnant in the summer in Texas? Because it’s so hot you become swollen from every possible limb!!I’m sorry for posting this picture (but am I?!), but this is what we were working with after a day at work and an outside happy hour.I put those slippers in my freezer (in a zipbag to keep it clean from food) and slip them on at night while watching tv. Let me tell you.. it’s SO COLD IT HURTS! But does it work? Omg it works like a charm. I even put it on my hands for a bit to relieve my swollen fingers as well.I wouldn’t really recommend walking around in them, they feel sturdy but it’s slippery and will obviously leave wet marks everywhere. Note that they freeze pretty quickly (but takes more than an hour for them to freeze really well) and stay cold for a while!Sit down, relax, and watch the magic happen.

Too small for men
I was really disappointed because these are so small! I am a big guy with size 11 shoe. These are like size 5. Why so small?? Why can’t ya male a bigger one? I’m going to have to now buy bigger ones! What’s really frustrating is i have spent a lot of money searching for anything to help relieve severe neuropathy pain just to be disappointed every single ti.e. ya really should say the shoe size in the ad. These are for women or very small men only!!!

Wonderful neuropathy relief
I was so excited to get this ice slippers and I was not disappointed. I suffer from cancer induced neuropathy; however, I have a hyper-sensitive form that results in pain when I put socks on. I can feel every thread, every little ort that has reached the floor, and more. Sitting, standing, lying in bed…the foot feels everything almost at an atomic level. Ice helps to reduce the hypersensitivity. The slippers are perfect because I only have the neuropathy in one foot and can keep one slipper in the freezer at all times. I wear the slipper to reduce the sensitivity in the sole of my foot, the toes and area around the toes. I turn it upside down on my foot and the long foot flap reaches up to my ankle and upper foot. It is such a relief. In addition to the relief, it is helping to reduce the hypersensitivity little by little but it will be a long time so I am very happy to have the slippers. Except for comfort I give the slippers high fives. The slippers are made of a sturdy plastic like material uncomfortable to my feet…but that may be just my hypersensitivity. The slippers freeze quickly. I let them warm a little on the counter so that I can adjust the outer material and mold the interior frozen material to my foot. I wear these with a sock or some other material between me and the icy cold. DON’T accidentally freeze your feet with this or any similar product. This is particularly important with any kind of neuropathy where numbness is present. I am so happy to have these. They are making my life easier especially at night. I wear them for a while before bedtime and when I go to bed I can put a blanket on my feet without pain. Wonderful!

I have a connective tissue disorder and my feet get very hot and hurt. These are awesome. I used to try to soak my feet in ice water when I travelled but now I take these and put them in the freezer at the airbnb. So much easier than trying to make ice all the time. Keep in mind that you need to wear light socks or they are too cold.

I got these for my mom, who has an arthritic toe. After watching her attempt to wrap bulky ice packs around her toe many times, I went looking for something better. I found these, and they work flawlessly! She uses them all the time. They are soft and pliable right out of the freezer and completely envelope her toes without any fuss. They stay very cold for about 30 minutes, and are still cold for up to an hour. She says they stop the throbbing pain within 10 minutes. She also uses them on her finger joints! Seriously worth every penny!!

These are great now that we are used to how to work with them for my mothers pain and swelling. I suggest you freeze them in the deep freeze for about 1-2 hours, take them out about 20-30 mins before you want to use them and let them start to ”warm up” this takes away the burning freezing temperature and allows you to put them on and wear them – only when sat down as these are not for walking about in as they are jelly based – my mother also uses them on her hands turned round so the foot part goes over her wrists which are also swelling and painful. Tip don’t leave them permanently in the deep freezer it takes ages to de frost far enough for comfortable usage. On the whole well worth the effort for the comfort they provide. Highly recommended.
