Hemp gummies
I have a lot of trouble sleeping and have tried so many sleep remedies, mostly to no avail, with the one exception being an over the counter sleep aid. But since that is not intended for daily use, I remain interested in trying additional remedies as I come across them. I ordered these hemp gummies edibles since they are advertised for sleep and calm. There are 95 gummies in a package and taking three a day is recommended. I took them hoping to be able to nap since as usual Iâd slept poorly last night. I was also in a somewhat worried state due to getting news about a family memberâs serious medical condition. I took the three gummies and they actually tasted really good. I did feel much calmer, but I wasnât able to nap as I had hoped. That is probably just me, however, because all the supposed tried and true remedies that have been recommended just donât seem to work for me. I do feel this is a worthwhile product for the calming effect and for the average person may also be helpful as a sleep aid. My only concern would be to keep them out of reach if children since they look and taste like candy. Also, although the different colored gummies are pretty, those colors are achieved by using artificial dyes. I would rather skip the colors to avoid artificial dyes or use food sources to color the gummies.
