I started this supplement because I felt like my blood sugar was out of control and the crashes were causing me to binge eat, especially on days where I ate a lot of fruit, and when I tried intermittent fasting and ate a lot of my nutrition in one or two sittings. I’m in perimenopause and was up 20lbs despite not having made lifestyle changes (I lift weights and track my diet, have been for years). My fasting glucose was on the very highest end of normal, which was concerning. I started with 1 pill after lunch, and just recently started doing 1 pill in the morning and a second after lunch.I read somewhere that berberine takes 8-12 weeks to work, and right on week 8 I noticed that I had increased urine output (common with berberine). I am on week 12 now and I’m down 10lbs and feeling great again. My cravings are gone, I’m no longer tempted to raid my pantry, and my swelling and bloating are gone as well. This is the second brand I’ve tried, and the other supplements in addition to berberine may be making a huge difference, as I didn’t see this effect when I took berberine alone from a different brand. Definitely a good value for the money, good pill size that is easy to swallow. Highly recommend!

Ordered this many times. Itâs a staple supplement. I can genuinely tell a difference in the way I feel and the way I eat when I take this daily. Great price. Doesnât affect my stomach. Definite appetite suppressant when it comes to snacking. I would say itâs pretty dream effective.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve tried other berberine supplements prior to this one. The cumulative effect of the other ingredients was something I wanted to try. On initial use, this one has worked better for me by far. There was no gastric issues, no sugar crash after eating. It was quite noticeable for me.Â

Slow & steady weight loss
Slow but steady weight loss! Just the way I like it. I bought this June 14, it is now June 28.. I started at 165 on the 14th, today the 28th I weigh 156.2. So this product does work.Unlike other products that gives you jitters, this Berberine does not. Also, I don’t notice less cravings yet, but it still works on weight loss.I’m exercising the same as before, but I have noticed I eat less food and I definitely snack a lot less.I would recommend for anyone wanting to lose weight at a slow and steady pace. I’ll update after I finish the the first bottle.

For diabetics…
I gave it 3 stars because the product is not right for me. I experienced an increase in restless leg and after much research found that it is linked to Berberine. I haven’t experienced restless leg since I was pregnant 6 years ago. I also felt super hungry and nauseated at times. This bottomed out my glucose levels. Research shows this product is best for diabetics and I am not. I was taking it for appetite control. I recommended it to my father-in-law since he has diabetes.

So far no issues! Good value for the money
So far I havenât had any problems. I started it almost 2 weeks ago so not quite enough time. Has passed to see any changes however Iâll come back and review it later after I finish a bottle. I had absolutely no issues taking it no stomach problems, and has no taste or aftertaste. Easy to swallow but drink plenty of water or beverage. I wouldnât just swallow it without something to drink.

My only feedback is to look at possibly changing the marketing. You say 5 months of supply, but it is a 90 tablet bottle, If you took 1 tablet a day for 90 days that’s approx 3 months, not 5. need at least 152 tablets to last 5 months. As advertised.

Bought this Berberine to add to my intermittent fasting weight loss (eat 8 hours, fast 16 hours). Also, to reap the health benefits of the eight powerful ingredients, and to help me manage sugar cravings. Iâve taken one a day for the past 40 days and these tablets have been successful for me. Lost another 3.6kg these past five weeks, and as Iâm nearing my goal weight, which gets harder to lose as I get closer to my goal, that loss is significant. Sugar cravings have been non-existent, I feel it suppresses my appetite, and no side effects from capsules.
