Authentic rose quartz roller and amazing customer service
I’ve always wanted either a jade or rose quartz roller, so when I came across Witty and learned about their rollers, I became excited to try them. Witty is the first brand that I saw who includes freebies with their rollers (a mask brush that you can use with wash-off masks, an adorable rose quartz love stone and an e-book on facial oils that they send after your purchase). I also like the box where the goodies come in and how secure it is for transit.I learned that authentic rose quartz shouldn’t be transparent and it should be cool to the touch even in a warm room. This rose quartz roller from Witty definitely hit those marks, so I’m confident that they are the real deal.After receiving my roller, I played with it once, using it over a sheet mask. It felt so indulgent, but I noticed that the smaller stone felt loose and sounded squeaky. I looked at it and found out that one of the arms holding the smaller stone was loose! I was disappointed so I contacted Kate (the owner) about what could be done. I was visiting the US from Manila for a work trip and we didn’t have enough time for a replacement via Amazon. Kate placed an Amazon order on my behalf and had the replacement shipped to my address all the way to Manila, Philippines(!!!) and told me I could keep the defective roller. When I got home in Manila, I was relieved to see the roller in excellent condition. I’ve used it a few times and it still works great. I noticed how my skin looks healthier and glowy every time I use the roller. Definitely a great addition to my skincare routine.I’d recommend these rollers because they are authentic, work great and most importantly the owner cares about her business. Great customer service! I’ll definitely purchase again from Witty when I’m in town again. 🙂

I love how cooling the roller feels even before you refrigerate it. I honestly donât think itâs necessary to refrigerate this roller to get the cooling effect, which is beneficial if you want those cooling effects right away. After using the roller, my skincare sinked into my skin quicker and more effortlessly.I used the large stone on my cheeks, and the small stone under my eyes. My skin felt more uplifted, soothed and calm. It was perfect for winding down at the end of the evening before bed. This roller is very sturdy, well designed, and reasonably priced. Iâm really enjoying it!!

I actually have a Witty Rose Quarts roller as well as a a competitors Jade roller, and the difference in quality is clear. The Witty Roller is so much better. Not only is it streamline in style, but it stays cooler longer and is perfect to rub in those oils and creams.I store my roller in the original box it came in which is perfect! It also is easily one of the prettiest rollers I’ve seen yet. It has both a large head and a small head making it perfect to roller your forehead to your under eyes. This is a great little roller, makes a great gift because the packaging is amazing, and has so many health benefits!I SERIOUSLY LOVE THIS PURCHASE!

Fell apart in my hands! Then customer service to the rescue!
Update: After customer service reached out MANY times, I returned my jade roller and received a refund and a new roller at no charge. The new roller feels very secure in my hands. The effect is cooling and my face appears brighter. Thanks WITTY for being so persistent in your want to do right by your product.Super sad that this arrived in pieces! I was determined to try to put it back together to use it, however, the metal part that attached to the jade for the large roller doesnât fit the stone (and no adhesives appear to be used). Upon trying it, the roller the bracket and the handle fell apart in my hands. Seems like more development needs to happen to send a better product, especially since the company emails you to see if the product arrived broken. If they realize thereâs a problem, why isnât it being addressed on the manufacturing end?

Works Well, Looks Gorgeous
This roller is super high quality and so gorgeous. It feels well made and I can tell it will last a long time. I put mine in the fridge and use it to roll on my serums at night. It feels so cool and soothing on my face and neck. It aids in absorption, and wastes less product. It doesnât absorb the products like your hands/fingers do, so I find myself using less of my expensive products with a better payoff. If youâve been on the fence about getting a roller, do it! The good price of this roller and fast shipping made it really worth it.

Excellent Facial Roller
I love my rose quartz roller. Itâs well made and has a decent weight to it and isnât creaky at all. It has really cut down on the amount of product I use since it isnât absorbed by my fingers.Iâve noticed my face is way less puffy in the morning when I use it and on evenings I like keeping it in the fridge and itâs so refreshing. Itâs a good way to start my day and also to unwind at the end.I use it with serums, sheet masks and oils; this roller works well with all my skincare.Iâm a bit of a jaw clencher and this really helps to relax my facial muscles.Iâve been recommending this to all my friends.

Great budget-friendly facial massager!
I have to admit; I’m not a huge fan of buying makeup products on Amazon. I find it hard to trust reviews, and I typically like to buy from somewhere like Sephora or Ulta to accrue points for rewards. HOWEVER, I took the plunge on this because this was the most budget friendly item I could find with a decent amount of reviews. THANK GOD I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! This is such an amazing facial roller that’s wallet-friendly! I had zero issues with the roller falling apart like some reviews mentioned, and I didn’t hear any weird, squeaky sounds as I rolled it over my face. I left it in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool down, and it really does the trick. It cools down very nicely, and overall, I’m impressed! I would highly recommend this for anyone who can’t drop $200 for an electronic roller or even $70 on a rose quartz facial roller that does exactly the same thing as this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Package arrived earlier than estimated and in perfect order! Used it for a week and haven seen any difference but definitely feeling good when using the roller on my face. Rose quartz didn feel cool though. Could store it in the fridge before use if you like it the cool feeling against your skin.
