Fiber Gummies
I love these fiber gummies and they are FSA eligible. They do seem to help keep things moving. The flavors are nice. I have purchased multiple times and will continue to do so. Iâve tried many other brands and these are the best! They come well packaged and are not ever stuck together. They are easy to chew and dissolve easily. I find they are a good value for the money!

Doesn’t curb appetite but good for gut health
It’s ok. It doesn’t do anything to curb my appetite as I was hoping it would. I mix it into my coffee in the morning. It adds a bit of sweetness but no other flavor so it works well. It dissolves better in cold liquid than hot so I premix with a bit of cold water and then add the hot coffee on top. It’s a good value for the size but it’s a little bit pricey for what it does. I probably won’t buy it again but I will use the rest of the container that I have.

Easily mixed in essential fiber
Really like this product before meals. Helps keep satisfied and keeps me from getting stomach aches. Fiber + protein are both essential! I mix and blend this with my protein and PCOS supplements (ovasitol) and it is really smooth and drinkable in a blended drink. Overall best fiber Iâve had as I find psyllium husk too granular and hard to drink.

Instant diarrhea no matter how it was used
This was really gross. No matter how I tried to prepare it, it was thick and clumpish. I used blenders and then it would just kind of clog back up. I followed the directions and measured accordingly. I purchased this because I had a gallbladder surgery and I wanted some good digestive enzymes and probiotics to put back into my system. I’ve had nothing but almost instantaneous diarrhea every time I used the product. This has been a horrible experience for me and personally, I would not recommend it. Unless of course your desired outcome is instantaneous diarrhea

Not as effective as Metamucil
I wanted to try a cleaner ingredient version of Metamucil, but this just didnât work for me. I gave it a solid three weeks, but saw no real benefits. Metamucil usually works within a few days, so this was a letdown. The taste is okay, not too sweet, but it just wasnât effective. If youâre looking for a cleaner option, Iâd suggest going with plain psyllium husk instead.
