Great quality and high concentration of omega-3! The formula contains 1000 mg DHA and 1000 mg EPA, which is much higher than many alternatives. The capsules are plant-based and gelatin-free, which is a big plus. Third time purchasing- Vitacholine beadlets?
Really liked this product the first two times. sometimes the capsule would dissolve if near heat or not kept very cool. My prenatal pill box some times had a little residue from the inside contents. But it was a good vegan option and didn’t upset my stomach as much.The third bottle I purchased in February was not great. there was a much stronger odor. Touching the pills the smell seemed to leave behind a smell on my hands and after taking these for a few days a feeling nausea I examined the pills closer there were white granules in the capsules. I quickly stopped taking these and put the in the back of the pantry thinking maybe the granules would dissolve with time and the batch was rushed. 3 months later the granules are still there and the strong odor. I plan to return this defecated product but this is not the first time I have ordered a supplement from this company and it has made me feel sick. The smoothie powder was also more than what I needed and created sickness until I switched to the pills. If this is the Vitacholine Beadlets in the capsules and your body is not producing this maybe you would benefit from this pill. For me it was NOT needed and it looked like there may have been to many beadlets in this batch since the first two bottles there was no sign of beadlets just the orange liquid.

Fish Oil was good until it went bad.
Needed Fish Oil was recommended to me by my Prenatal Physical Therapist who had nothing but great things to say about this brand. I had a decent experience with the first container of fish oil I purchased and felt that I did not have the negative taste when burping.This particular round that I purchased was okay up until I got towards the bottom of the container. Even though I took what was recommended on the bottle, I believe the capsules/fish oil went bad. I started to burp and taste the oil and it was so foul that I dry heaved for about 10 minutes and vomited the capsules out.Where I feel that this brand on the whole prides itself on wholistic and fresh nutrients, I do believe they need to do a better job of quality product testing in their manufacturing process.
