TRULY A MIRACLE PRODUCT!
This product is amazing! I discovered from my Naturopath when I was 3 months post partum. I was not sleeping and highly stress. It is THE ONLY thing safe enough and that actually works. No hang over, no side effects. I also have all my own clients use it. From surgeons, to teenagers. It works! I promise. And itâs safe. Donât hesitate. And now Iâm pregnant again and itâs still safe!

Works for me
I use Dr. Garber’s Sleep before bed with 1/2 of a 2.5 mg melatonin. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I take another dose of Dr. Garber’s. This works for me.

As a severe insomniac, I’ve tried everything I can find. Very little does anything for me. The jury is still out on this product. I’ll post again with an update.

Not exactly a Sleep aid
I’ve been using this product for a couple weeks now and I will say that it is definitely a good product to relax the body in preparation for going to bed. Also you really don’t wake up with that horrible groggy feeling that other products load onto you. However, if you are a person with sleep anxiety you have to take a LARGE amount of this product in order to STAY asleep. Problem with that is that, while you don’t wake up groggy, the product doesn’t allow you to fall asleep comfortably. Lots of odd sensations that aren’t at all pleasant although that can be avoided if you take this an hour or so before you go to bed.Still not worth it, you’ll tear through the bottle in no time. Only get it if you need to relax a bit.

I love this product! It’s not sedating and I can take it when I wake up in the middle of the night without worrying about getting up the next morning. It has a strong taste. Like a fig liquor, which I like, but might not appeal to everyone.

I don’t know what it is, maybe psychosomatic, but these Dr. Garber’s Natural Solutions work for me. I have purchased the stress one and the anxiety one previously. This time I also purchased the sleep formula. All 3 are good

The Sleep formula has been a life saver for us. My son and I were not sleeping at all after a major car accident. 6 weeks of very little sleep and we tried just about everything- even melatonin wouldnât help keep us asleep. We tried Dr Garberâs Sleep AND Anxiety formulas together taking the anxiety formula 3x throughout the day and the sleep and anxiety formulas together 30min before bed. It worked the first night! Since then, weâve had full, restful sleep through the night with zero side effects.As to the taste, you can put the drops in a glass of water and let them dissipate for a minute. That takes all the taste out, but doesnât affect the efficacy.If the sleep doesnât work right away- try the sleep and anxiety formulas together. I highly recommend emailing with questions as well since Dr Garber could better address your specific needs.We will be using all his formulas as needed.
