Good supplement
I have take other brands of Berberine and this one is another good contender. No Iâll side effects. Easy to swallow arrived quickly. Iâve also had a little hunger suppression as well. I like this!

Does lower blood sugar.
This product does lower blood sugar. For me it works with regular dinner type carbs (ie bread on a sandwich) but apparently my blood sugar is too bad for it too work with sugar like candy./desserts. No fillers so thatâs good. Pill is a little big but from reading other berberine reviews that seems standard. Iâve been using this product about 3 weeks now so I canât speak for lowering A1C but if you need a little extra help with your post meal testing, this might work for you. I still take my metformin. For me it is a supplementary to metformin some people take it instead of metformin.

Working out great
I chose this one because it doesnât have any additives. It does seem to have a measurable effect on my blood sugar and doesnât cause any adverse effects. I take one capsule in the morning, and one capsule in the evening. I took 3 capsules at once on one occasion to see what would happen and it caused diarrhea and vomiting so I donât recommend doing that.

I have bought other brands and these are similar or just the same as the others. I was expecting the item in the picture but my bottle was white, I suppose itâs the same thing but should be disclosed.

works if you follow a meal plan (ie: no sugars.no gluten)
i’ve only been taking it for 2 weeks and watching what i eat..and my blood count has gone down to 5.7 from 6.5.I’ll keep on taking it and diet properly and see what happens. I’ll let you know

My husband has been using Berberine to help control his blood sugar with his diabetes. This works as well as other brands for a cheaper price.

Control Blood Sugar
I like the fact that the capsule contains only berberine, no fillers. I need to lower my A1c from 6.4 which was my last test result. Even though I have not had another test, I can tell a difference after eating that I do not get sleepy as is the norm for me. Another A1c test in 2 months and I will know for sure.
