I have been taking this vitamin going on 3 months now and it’s the best vitamin I have ever taken in my life! There is no taste and it is easy to swallow. Best bang for your buck. Has all the essential vitamins plus iron. I suggest taking it with food, some people can take it without food and not feel nauseous or upset stomach but I had to eat with it. Helps with fatigue. Best bariatric vitamin that I have used.
