This is a great quality product but unfortunately I had a major problem – inositol makes me sleepy so I couldn’t take it in the morning, otherwise I’m drowsy all day – and this product contains maca, which I find keeps me awake at night, so I couldn’t take it in the evening either! I couldn’t win either way!So unfortunately I’ve had to return to my previous inositol supplement which doesn’t have any extras, just good old inositol (which, btw, is definitely worth taking if you have PCOS)
