Not All MultiVitamins are Created Equal
Many of you may not know, but most multivitamins don’t include iron, so when I found this multivitamin, it helped reduce the amount of pills (vitamins) I had to take daily because of its ingredients.Iâve been taking the Vegan Whole Food Multivitamin with Iron for several months, and it has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. This is my third time purchasing it, but my first time purchasing it through Amazon. The first two purchases were through Wal-Mart. I’m not a vegan, but I am highly anemic, so finding a comprehensive multivitamin that meets all my nutritional needs with enough iron, too, can be challenging, but this product ticks all the boxes.The ingredients are all derived from whole foods, which gives me confidence in its quality and effectiveness. The added iron is particularly beneficial, as it’s something many vegans, including myself, need to monitor closely. Since starting this multivitamin, Iâve noticed an increase in my energy levels and overall vitality.The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus. The packaging was secure on the inside and out. The pill size is a manageable size and does not have a weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it’s formulated for both women and men, making it a versatile option for anyone looking to boost their nutrient intake.

Everything I need
This is a great vitamin for me since it includes everything I need. I was taking a bunch of separate supplements but not only was it difficult to take so many pills but it was worse when I traveled. When I found this vitamin, I couldn’t believe it because it included basically everything including the turmeric and Coq10. It also includes some probiotics.There are really only two things: first, some of the quantities aren’t quite as high a percent as the individual supplements (e.g. the calcium is only 10%); and secondly, I have to take 3 capsules. What I usually do is spread them out and take one capsule with each meal (I don’t like to take pills without food unless specifically told not to).These really are about as complete a vitamin as I can find and they sure beat taking loads of individual supplements. They are a lot easier to take when traveling as well.

I love these, I have way more energy. I was taking some way more expensive vitamins, that were huge, I had to take three a day, and still didnât have what I needed. These have all I need, they are small, only need one, easy to take, and the price is perfect! Excellent quality, and I feel great. Plus, Iâm actually absorbing these, because they are methylated.

Great Value For Vitamins
Love these wholefood multivitamins. They have no odor and are easy to swallow, not to big. They absorb well and really contribute to my overall feeling of well being. These don’t leave an aftertaste and they do not upset my sensitive stomach. Good quality and quantity for the money.
