The instructions were a little confusing for me at first. Push this button, wait till the green light blinks 3 times kind of instructions but through Trial and error I figured it out. It also came with sunglasses to protect your eyes from the flashes of light. The treatment is painless. I experienced a mild warming sensation during use, but it was not uncomfortable. The device has different intensity levels, allowing me to adjust the settings based on my comfort level. So far, I am pleased with my purchase and look forward to seeing continued improvement in hair reduction. I would recommend this at-home laser hair removal device to anyone looking for a convenient and cost-effective solution for hair removal.

Defective? Working? Not sure but Iâm a little disappointed.
I canât tell if itâs working? Thereâs a ticking sound but I canât see any flashes, so Iâm not sure if the product videos were edited or if my device is broken.Why even provide the glasses if it doesnât flash, unless mine is defective.

Manage Expectations and Get it on Sale
It just does not have the power to get the job done.This definitely didn’t get rid of all my hair, or even most of it. It did thin it out enough to be noticeable and allow me to shave less frequently… but with how long it takes to do, I’m not sure if it’s worth the time or the money. Like, it took multiple sessions over multiple weeks to see an effect, and even with holding down the button to turn on auto-mode it still took way longer than shaving and I’m not even sure if there’s less hair on my legs or if the hair is just less thick than it used to be. I should also add that I have pale skin and dark hair, which is supposed to be the ideal combination for these types of machines, so I people with darker skin or lighter hair will likely see even less of an effect.TL;DR – If this is on sale, and you have $20, and you’re curious about trying one of these types of machines, I can’t stop you from buying it (but I will say that if you pay anything more than $20 you’re absolutely getting ripped off).

Here is an update: the sunglasses were under the tray when you open the box..for although that may not look like me, lol I also update my rating…I’m still reviewing the item, I will update this item because I just started using it.1st time buying this item , I open the package no sunglasses as advertise the instructions are kind of confusing. It says a blinking red light but it’s green light. That’s on. When you plug it up I will do an update
