Love the belt size adjustable option. Has 2 ice pack inserts so you can always have one ready. It covers a good area, great for my back issues. Just the right thickness to keep it comfortable and flexible.

Fantastic, handy, multipurpose ice pack wraps!
We just purchased two more of these multipurpose ice pack wraps. A number of months ago we purchased our first ice pack wrap and we loved it. Needed several since more than one person required use at the same time. Fantastic fit for our backs!!! Can be used on shoulders, sides, legs or arms. The size is very adjustable and the quality is excellent. Stays cold for a long time.

This product is really fantastic. My husband pulled a muscle and triggered sciatic nerve. Out of all the rx’s he was given, this actually helped him the most! He’s 6′ and 200 lbs. The velcro wrapped around him easily. I tried it on myself (i’m a medium. woman size) and it fit me just fine too. I just wrapped it more than him, of course. There’s and extra piece they send you, in case you require it to be even larger. They send 2 ice packs that are not stiff. Stiff would have killed my husband. They are gel so they are flexible. They go into a pouch sewn into the ice pack band. Well worth the money. I would have even spent more if i knew how good this thing works!

Great product but use with caution after surgery
My husband used this after lumbar surgery, and I’m so glad we discovered it beforehand. The harness is flexible and comfortable, and the included ice packs fit securely, allowing him to stay mobile during cold therapy. We appreciated that they froze back quickly, and it was great to have two to rotate. However, surgery patients should be cautious: the dual-purpose hot/cold packs only stay cold for about 15 minutes. If not removed promptly, they absorb body heat and become surprisingly warmânot ideal for post-op use. We switched to a different brand of “cold-only” packs, which stayed cold longer and didn’t heat up, but they didnât fit the pouch as well. Just something to be aware of.

Best lower back back ice pack EVER!!
This is PERFECT for lower back pain/strain!! With 2 gel packs, one is in the freezer while one is applied to my back.Switching the gel pads is VERY easy.I love the extra width and length as well as an optional extension piece for those with a large girth.It can be positioned just where you need it without being a contortionist!!

Great for After Lower Spine Surgery.
Great pack, that has two ice packs, so you can have one cooling while wearing the other.I bought two sets of these, so I have two “belts” and four ice packs.The ice packs are about a half inch thick, made with a gel so they are comfortable to lie down on. Each single pack stays cold while I’m wearing it for about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on what I’m doing.The packs also cool down remarkably fast in the freezer, and are very thin so you don’t have to move things around really to pop it in the freezer.

This ice pack is amazing and allows you to ice while sitting or on the go! It comes with a strap extension, should the primary strap be too small. Itâs thick enough to prevent you from being frozen by the pack while also allowing the maximum amount of freezing. The size is great for average build for the lower back area, and the fabric is flexible. I highly recommend this product.

This in my opinion is the best heat and cool back belt out there, and it has an extender which is great as it stays hotter and cooler for much longer.Going to buy another as this belt wont last long on Amazon well priced also.
