Love this thing! Itâs stays cold for a while straight out of the freezer. It feels so good and itâs hard to stop. Itâs so calming. I use it on my jaw/neck/back of my neck, forehead/temples. Itâs cooling and refreshing. Definitely a must have

This facial roller is really the BEST Iâve used! Itâs better than the smaller rollers & the gua sha Iâve used. I like that it has a cover for germ reasons & easy for travel. I keep in the freezer & use it every morning or when going out in the evening prior to applying makeup. You can feel it releasing the lymphatic fluids! Roll up not down. I use on my neck & chest as well.

Awesome for Puffiness and TMJ
This trumps the regular cold roller I used to use. The shape of this ice roller fits the jawline perfectly so itâs great for depuffing, but it is also awesome for TMJ grinding and clenching pain relief. Itâs functional and I enjoy the peachy color. Easy to use and durable, will last a long time. I also like that it has two sides, I use the side with two nubs for my jaw and the one with three nubs for my temples and neck.
