good for cold relief
This thing came in handy toward the end of cold/flu season for me. I have a child so we always seem to be getting some bug brought home from school. It was nice to have this for some relief from the stuffiness and sore throat. Single tank of water seems to last a good while. Would recommend.

Efficient
I’ve had sinus issue my entire life and at work I’m surrounded by lots of aerosols and disinfectants (medical field). There are some days the nasal dryness really becomes bothersome and I do use saline spray as needed, but having a little portable machine like this has been a nice way to alleviate some of my symptoms.It’s also soothing and forces me to focus on some self care for a few minutes, which is a side perk.It definitely heats up well, so use caution and work up to getting used to the steam and I could see it being too much for some, or a learning curve as you adjust to this form of home treatment.Including the jar of medicated chest rub is great and a little goes a long way. Always handy to have around and a great addition to this set.I don’t suffer during pollen season like many do, my primary issue is during the colder months, when everything’s locked up indoors and the heat is on. That’s when I’ve found this to be most helpful and soothing.Adding the digital ear and forehead thermometer makes this set a great value!The price point reflects the quality here for such a helpful bundle!

A must for your medicine cabinet
Way better than the old vaporizers that just put the steam in the air. This really gets the steam in your lungs to break up all the muck. I believe it’s even better than a steamy shower, much more direct. Bonus that it comes with a thermometer and some chest rub. If you’re familiar with how to use essential oils, I would absolutely add some eucalyptus and peppermint oil. Do your research before using these oils, though.Really a must-have for cold and flu season.

Good quality steam inhaler bundle. The bundle is perfect for cold season. Easy to use, and includes all of the essentials that you need. The steam inhaler is simple to use, lightweight, and durable. Relaxing and effective. The thermometer is simple to use, accurate and works fast. Great value for the price.

Approach the hot steam slowly
I would gear this product more toward adult use than children. All those standing in a hot steamy shower, feels great when youâre sick and have a stuffy nose. This seems to be the next best thing the machine itself puts out a pretty sick water vapor. Just be careful on how close you hold your face to the mask approach it slowly when the machine is on it could be hot for some with sensitive skin. I like that it comes with the extras as well. Having a menthol chest rub to help clear yourself up, as well as having the convenient thermometer that can be used across the forehead in the ear and can read liquid temperature as well. It does come provided with instructions that are easy to understand. And this seems like it would especially be good for somebody that has asthma. Iâve heard how to encourage to run hot water and breathe the steam to help get relief. This does the same thing when you pour in the water heats up fairly quickly, providing a good bit of steam. This is a nice set for adults. If you use the hot steam mask on children be careful you donât need to put your face right up against it to get relief

With the season changing and the climate you donât even know how it is. My kids have been getting more sick lately than any other time especially with cough. I have been using this machine on them too. Hopefully it clears their lungs a little bit better overall I love it. It works perfect And itâs super easy to use.
