Good spacers and varied options for several foot problems.
For the price, you get many options and it’s a one purchase way to find what spacer or correctors work best for your problem. My father in law who is 70 has awful unions, has for probably 20 years. He needs surgery. This year I noticed my husband’s feet had changed on day when we were sitting next to each other. He has always had very attractive feet and all of the sudden, at 35, he has beginning bunions. His big toes are bending away from each other and the joints are swelling. Not OK! We looked into ways to delay what will eventually result in surgery and found this kit. We are hopeful these will stall the development and enable him to avoid the pain and difficulties associated with finding accommodating shoes for bunions. We did not expect bunions to form so soon, he is active and healthy. But he has been wearing the single toe spacers in his shoes all day now and likes the comfort and repositioning they provide. We did feel this kit would have been better had it included the elastic toe exerciser other kits offer. The full toe separators cut off circulation to his toes. He has mens size 12 feet though. Since his bunions are not extreme yet, he finds he doesn’t need the cushioning or pads of some of the devices provided. We are most satisfied with the pieces which can be worn daily to provide continual spacing.I am optimistic we can use these spacers to delay bunion growth and keep him from needing surgery within the next decade. I will be ordering more spacers of a similar kind.

I have not had a chance to use all of the products yet but the small black piece that goes on the arch has been very helpful. I have to wear steel toes for work and they just do not provide support for my high arches. These have been very helpful!

Sizing misleading, decent kit
Sizes listed as Small OR Medium. Itâs a seperate selection with corresponding shoe sizes and different images for the kit. What actually arrived is a single kit labeled Small/Medium. As a result some items fit, some are too large & unusable.

There are several pieces that go with this Fascitis toolkit, by FittestPro. I’m using a few of them and have felt that the pieces have help with my fascitis.I would recommend as an option to help with Fascitis pain.

Great Kit at a Great Price and It Works!
Excellent! The selection of choices is awesome! Each seems to work for me and some work better than others. I think the concept of “working better than others” is no fault of the individual item or kit so much as where you stand with this awful condition! Each person is different so what works for me may be less effective for you. BUT the great part about this kit is you have the ability to try different things and see what works for you. This is great AND a lot less expensive than doctor and physical therapy visits!

Not helpful
Decent value, but nothing in here helped me with my foot pain at all. The black elastic bands for the arch are too loose to provide enough compression to be helpful (same with the blue half-socks;not loose, just not enough compression to do anything). The shoe inserts are on the small side and slide around. The white gel heel pads are soft and comfy, but they end at kind of an odd place, which bugs me when walking (longer would be better). I can’t speak to how well they (white pads) help to prevent pain, as I already had some when I put them on.

Great value – alleviates pain fast
I wore the wrong shoes on city pavement – hiking miles. Both heels were inflamed and throbbing for weeks. I iced – then warm soaked and iced and elevated at night. Stretched and massaged each day. Just walking in my house was excruciating. A few cushion sandals and staying on carpet helped a little, but there was no improvement overall.I felt overwhelmed with all the inserts, boot braces and compression solution choices – knowing it was more than just plantar fasciitis – 8 areas in both of my heels, arches, Soleus, Inferior extensors and Achilles were involved.Yeouch. I know you know. The pain when walking and standing is unreal. Itâs worse after rest periods. Anti-inflammatories donât make much of a dent. Small distances feel like a marathon. Appointments with specialists are over a month awayâ¦So I read the available articles, but without an ultrasound wasnât sure exactly what or which supports may help. The single pack compression, supports or pads can get expensive. This kit had most solutions to try out for what I feel is a value price.It just arrived today.Iâm wearing the black neoprene heel support over the arch pad support band. I already feel better – in under an hour. The pain has abated in my heels and arches about 70%. Iâm moving around the apartment more comfortably. Circulation to my feet is great, my feet are warm, toes have nice color. I can wiggle my toes without wincing.I have narrow feet and high arches. Padded Birkenstocks and Crocs were all I could manage since the injury.I plan to sleep in the silicone heel pad and compression sock with a moisturizer.I might get a sleep support boot. Iâm not sure what a doc may say later, but the compression relief today feels like heaven and simple things like stretching, getting around my home for mail, food prep and little chores is doable without the excruciating pain. After a week of hobbling and wincing with frustrated tears, Iâm really happy I bought this.I wish you a speedy recovery and relief.My heart breaks thinking of all the peeps struggling with foot and heel pain and how we take feet for granted until something like this happens to us.
