Extra side of YAWN
Iâm giving five stars bc theyâre delicious AND do exactly what they claim to do! However, I donât like them and Iâm not taking any sleep aid ever again bc no matter WHAT, they make me groggy! This doesnât happen to everyone. Some people have fabulous results and get a good nights sleep and wake up fine. Even WITHOUT melatonin these made me super cranky in the mornings bc I slept too deeply or whatever it is theyâre causing me. I felt half asleep until about 2 in the afternoon, just dragging the whole time waiting to feel awake. The crankiness is a side effect of feeling tired and yawning too much. Just bummed nothing will really help me sleep like a baby

It does absolutely nothing to help me feel sleepy and sleep faster once in bed. I think that once I’m asleep I may be waking a little less and sleeping deeper and having more REM sleep. I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks now and will continue to take it but add back in my 5 mg melatonin gummy which did a better job of getting me to sleep sooner and hopefully between the two things will be better. Finger crossed! Also, taste is fine but texture is very strange. It’s not like other gummies as far as texture; it’s kind of crumbly but it doesn’t bother me.

I am getting a better night sleep
I was waking up tired each morning. I spoke to my doctor about and we looked at my data from my Fitbit watch and he noticed that I did not have enough REM sleep. I was not big on using Melatonin because I had no trouble falling asleep, the issue was I was waking up during REM sleep. It seems that GABA could help with that so I bought this product. At first, I did not think it was working but keep using it. Then after 3 weeks of use my sleep was getting better and my watch data showed I was getting more REM sleep. My sleep quality was better and I was less tired in the morning. I did not have any side affects and for some reason they are lightly covered in sugar not sure why. But I will be placing my next order soon.

These sleep, Gummies give you horrible nightmares! Read side effects before taking
Make sure you read the side effects for These sleep gummies!! They gave me vivid nightmares headaches dry mouth. Yes I slept but woke up about four times a night with terrible nightmares. I was exhausted the next day after I googled the side effects. I threw them away. I still had nightmares two days after I stopped taking them. BEWARE!!!

The first night it worked great. After that I am only sleeping about 5 hours. Very disappointing.

What does this do?
First thing to note is that each gummy is covered with sugar & sugar crystals cover the bottom of the bottle (4gm added sugars). While I was excited that it doesn’t have melatonin in it, after a week of taking 2 gummies/day (as directed by website & not noted on the bottle), I feel no different (only 30 extra calories/day for a delicious gummy treat). So these are not effective for me but they may be for others who are more sensitive to the ingredients. Zero effect on me….
