I had my doubts.
I was definitely hesitant to try this. I bought Prid a few months ago because everyone swore by it and it didnât do anything for me. This draw salve also had mixed reviews, but I was dealing with an ingrown hair on my bikini line SO deep it might as well have been rooted in my toes. My grandmother suggested trying a draw salve, but the one she had was from the year 2 BC, was black as oil, and stunk to high heaven. I decided to try my luck on this and Iâm so grateful I did!This helped me get that stubborn ingrown in 4 uses! The only other thing I did was gently exfoliate with an unscented exfoliation glove and my normal soap before applying. This salve drew out the hair, the pus, and the blood from the blister I created trying to dig it out with tweezers before buying this salve. The hair has been out less than an hour as I write this and the swelling and pain are virtually nonexistent!! A little goes a long way, it will definitely feel greasy if you use too much, though the area should be completely covered. Itâs hard to find a happy balance. I donât find the smell unpleasant at all. It smells like herbs. Definitely worth the money, even for a small jar.TLDR:-Has a natural, herbal smell.-Using too much can be greasy, but the area should be well covered.-It is a very small jar, definitely worth the price.-For the love of chicken parmigiana; EXFOLIATE first.-IT WORKS.

If you are prone to ingrown hairs or cysts, you should try this product. I am prone to very deep and painful ingrown hairs when I shave and also tend to get cysts here and there. I have tried applying a glycolic acid toner, doing physical exfoliation with a glove, and changing my shaving methods and NOTHING WORKED. When I first received this product, I applied it about twice a day for a week straight to my problem areas and I have practically 0 ingrown hairs. Of course scars will be scars and those fade with time, but in my experience, this salve keeps those areas nice and smooth and prevent new ingrown hairs from appearing. I also had a couple small cysts in the area that have subsided significantly and are no longer painful. The salve is a bit greasy, so if this is bothersome to you, your best bet is to apply it in thin layers multiple (2-3) times a day if you are not covering the application areas with gauze or other coverings. CONSISTENCY IS KEY. If you donât use it, it wonât work. Overall, 10/10 for this product. Will be purchasing again!!

Truly a lifesaver!
This salve is truly amazing. I woke up yesterday morning with a massive, painful boil on my inner thigh. I didnât want to pop it as I read that can cause an infection so I came to Amazon looking for relief.The balm came in the afternoon and I immediately applied it and covered the boil with a bandaid.By this morning, the pain was gone and it had begun to drain on its own.

Nice first aid addition
It didnât draw out what I wanted on my pet however I really liked the ingredients and used it as a moisturizer on my skin when I had a contact dermatitis, excema breakout. Also used it with oregano oil, tea tree oil, or frankincense as a base.Later found other ointments that helped healing. Took it in stages of the healing process and I felt better.Liked the smell and feel and price was reasonable.

Okay this stuff is insane. Iâve had a stubborn ingrown hair for almost 3 months now. It was so deep under my skin you couldnât even see the hair, but I could FEEL it. I tried squeezing and poking at it with tweezers with no results except inflamed and irritated skin. I put this stuff on the area for 4 days a couple times a day and the hair rose to the surface. I was finally able to pull it out and it was SO satisfying. Iâm so pleasantly surprised by this!

Doesnt work for me but might for you!
Itâs a soft balm and does not leave a greasiness residue. I am not sure if its just me but this product does not work for me i been using it for 1-2 weeks straight. I am dealing with poison ivy exposure and mosquito bug bites. So far it doesnât relieve itching or draw out anything. I had another brand of balm and that one seems to work a bit better than this one. Not hating on the product im sure it works for most people.

Nasty tick bite improved with Draw Salve
My sister was having a really bad reaction to a tick bite. The bite site looked terrible and nothing was helping. I searched online for an ointment that might help and found the Owell Draw Salve. Within a few days of using the salve the bite was healing and showed much improvement. Iâd recommend it to anyone.

Where has this stuff been all my life
I decided to try this product due to an in grown hair on my face. Of course before i had this product on hand I was playing with my face trying to get it out . All I did was make it worse and swollen. After applying some of this salve the swelling went down 75% overnight. Not sure how it works but it works well!

Very good salve does draw pimples etc to the surface with proper use,its a vaseline texture although softer,i find it really good i had a ingrown,deep embedded hair and after 2days of use I was able to squeeze it out.

Amazing stuff! I’ve had an infected cyst for a few weeks, and tried everything! Nothing has reduced the size of it. I finally bought this, and after a few hours, the size is finally reducing! Definitely would recommend!

It felt like I had a splinter which must of been under the skin, with the use of the drawing cream and my partner using a needle he managed to get it out for me.
