Great hair removal device!
I absolutely love the FOREO Peach hair removal device! At first, I was a little confused when I couldn’t turn the device on, but after reading the instructions, I realized it needs to be registered to activate. Once that was done, everything was smooth sailing.The device is incredibly convenient and easy to use. It’s also not painful at all, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, it’s saving me so much money compared to regular salon visits. I have only used it once so far. The instructions says it should be used once a week for 12 weeks. I am very optimistic because even after the first use my skin is so smooth. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an effective and hassle-free hair removal solution!

For me, painless IPL treatment is a top priority, which is why I purchased this device after learning about its cooling system. I’m very pleased with the results and now use my Peach device only as needed for maintenance.

Doesn’t work for me
I was hopeful, however I have had no luck… have been using it for months!

Je l’utilise depuis janvier, il est pratique car facile à manier et les flashs chargent rapidement, mais je ne vois aucun effet. Au mieux les poils repoussent légèrement plus fins. Je vais retourner à mon ancien epilateur, plus contraignant mais clairement plus efficace.

The product itself is a very visually appealing and pretty peach colour and is silicone material. It is very comfortable to hold. You have on the device itself plus and minus buttons as well as the flash button. Within the package you receive a cleaning cloth and a power cable and 4 different adapters. You also receive a quick start guide and a user manual however both of these are in exceptionally small text which is a little disappointing as it isn’t very user friendly or accessible for all. That would definitely be something I’d adapt although for use of the machine you need to download an app onto your phone which does cover all of the useful information as well. Unfortunately the device does not come with the recommended PEACH Cooling Prep Gel although this is mentioned in the listing, nor does it come with protective glasses for using along with the device so I bought both of these separately to ensure a smooth experience overall.The Quick Start Guide tells you to download the FOREO app before first use and to follow app instructions – this includes a handy QR code which I appreciate.You need to plug your device in to the wall and the cable isn’t incredibly long so must be near a plug point. Once I had downloaded the app it took me a little while to realise that I had to connect my device via Bluetooth for it to be recognised. I didn’t find this information to be clear on the package or on the leaflets.Once it is plugged in, app downloaded you can then navigate through the app where you will find: device info, how to use, device care, settings and IR sensor calibration. I found it easy to move through the app and adjust the device intensity as desired. There is also a manual included when you navigate to the ‘how to use’ section of the app but again the text here is quite small and if you enlarge the page itself you then have to move from side to side to see all of the text which isn’t the most user friendly experience. I’d prefer if the text was larger to ease of accessibility for all users.I have used the device twice now (recommendation is to use it every 2 weeks for 12 weeks firstly) and I find this to be a super quick and easy to use. I have used this in Glide Mode across my legs and Stamp Mode for my underarms and initially I thought it might be uncomfortable but it really isn’t at all. Due to the fact I did use each time the PEACH Cooling Prep Gel I’m not sure if it would have felt more uncomfortable should I not have used this. The device does also have a 360 cooling system which you can increase or decrease but either way whether this was low or high I found the session to be painless.I’m really happy to have this device and to see the results after the 12 week period that I can then maintain (the recommendation here is to maintain monthly or as required).Good points:- Device itself is easy to use- Visually appealing colour- Painless (in my experience)- App/adapters makes it feel more travel friendly- App is simple and easy to navigatePoints for improvement- Small text in quick start guide and user manual is difficult to read even for those without any visual impairments- Small text in manual available in the app doesn’t feel as accessible as it could/optimised for app purposes- Not clear that the device has to be connected via Bluetooth rather than device code

Habe bereits ein IPL-Gerät, mit dem ich gut zurechtkomme. Den Peach habe ich vor allem wegen des größeren Benandlungsfensters und der schnelleren “Blitzfrequenz” gekauft.Ich finde es gut, dass er mit Kabel betrieben wird und nicht mit Akku. Hatte vor Jahren ein Gerät eines nahmhaften deutschen Herstellers, bei dem der Akku schnell kaputt ging.Ich habe den Peach zuerst an einer Körperstelle getestet, die ich davor schon mit dem anderen Gerät behandelt hatte. Dort habe ich nach der ersten Behandlung keinen Unterschied festgestellt. Allerdings habe ich auch einen neuen Körperbereich “geblitzt” und bin erstaunt, dass schon jetzt weniger Haare nachwachsen. Ehrlich gesagt war ich etwas skeptisch, als ich festgestellt habe, dass man, im Unterschied zu anderen Geräten, keinerlei Schmerz oder Ziepen spürt. Aber die Behandlung scheint komfortabel und trotzdem effektiv zu sein.In Sachen Design liegt Foreo meiner Meinung nach sowieso vorne. Das trifft auch auf den Peach zu. Einzig die verpflichtende Einrichtung der App vor dem ersten Einsatz und dass der Peach überhaupt nur mit App betrieben werden kann, finde ich etwas nervig.
