So been on it for 2 weeks last week had surgery so couldnât take anything even my pantoprazole which Iâve been on for years which made me nervous I canât go a day but had to next day I was still hurting and out of it so didnât take pantoprazole again that night I realized Iâd gone 2 days no pantoprazole free. Here it is 1 week still havenât taken a pantoprazole only thing that changed was this probiotic so Iâm very happy to get off the pantoprazole this stuff is doing great Iâll update if something changes

I purchased these after a year of stomach troubles and intolerances. I’ve been taking them a month but stopped as I was still having stomach problems every now and then so stopped taking them to see if it’s better without and so far it’s showing it is. Perhaps these are too strong for my body so will try a lower dose one.
