Great flavor, kids never complain. This doesn’t knock them out but helps take off the edge and helps them relax. They are definitely expensive but I think a good investment especially as we ease out of summer and head back into the routine of school.

Very tasty Sleep Aid for Kids AND adults
As an adult that is light weight and older I often order things that are geared towards kids. Think about it, it’s usually something that is safer to take or is more gentle because it’s made with kids in mind. So I tried these Magnesium gummies and found the taste to be VERY good. There was no stomach upset or anything negative results from these gummies.I do sleep ok when taking these and like the whole ‘No Melatonin’ thing because melatonin gives me some really weird dreams and I wake up feeling like I have jet lag.These gummies have no artificial dyes, flavors or sweeteners and that’s good to know. The only thing is, they are a bit pricey for a 30 day supply. I think the math comes out to around .70 cents a piece which isn’t that great of a deal unless you can get away with taking one gummy a night.

We originally bought this on their website at the end of last year. My kid loves the taste but more importantly we saw a big difference. I thought it was just coincidence because how could this make that big of a changeâ¦but then his teachers started to ask me what weâve been doing differently. Our five year old just seems calmer, less on edge, especially during the evening witching hours. Is it expensive? Sureâ¦but ask me all day long if a little over a dollar a day for a calmer kid with a better attitude and I would give you it and more all day long. We are actually now teaching him to read and heâs sitting during the lessons! If youâre on the fence give it a try!!!!
