Wraps your arm without hinges to pinch your skin
My husband has lost significant amount of weight from cancer. The original cuff on his iProven BPM-617 is a hinged cut that pinches his skin when inflating and the velcro is no longer staying secure. Due to his significant weight loss this last year, I needed to find a size small cuff without the hinge. This cuff is an adult sized small cuff that is an easy wrap so no awkward wrapping of a traditional cuff. So much easier to put on and remove – slips on and off your arm. The adapters didn’t fit my BP machine so I took the original connector off the old cuff and used it on the new cuff. Works perfectly with a comfortable fit.

Adapters did not fit
The numerous adapters that came with the purchase of the blood pressure cuff did not fit my Microlife blood pressure machine. An error message would display on my blood pressure monitor when trying to use it. However, I removed the plug off the orginal cuff and inserted into the newly purchased Easy Wrap cuff and now it’s working perfectly without the error code showing.

Worked for my Omron 10 series
I needed a smaller cuff for my Omron 10 series, which was surprisingly hard to find! One of the attachment pieces options was perfect for this. I like that the cuff is molded in a round shape so there is no pinching at all when it inflates. Seems good quality, I think it will last for awhile. The readings seem accurate as well.

Correct Blood Cuff Size very important
Bought an Omron 5 series Upper Arm Blood Pressure monitor. Came with their Comfort Cuff (22-42 cm) had issues with variability of BP readings beyond +/- 3% accuracy meter rating. Suspected Cuff fit, ordered this Medium Cuff (17-36 cm), now readings are consistent typically within 3 in/hg (3 readings 2 min. apart)

Gets the Job done
If you’re looking for a good quality easy fit cuff I’d suggest paying a little more for the omron. This cuffof lower quality but it is an easy fit and does get the job done. Much better than a regular wrap around cuff. I also have an omron cuff so I see the quality difference between the two. If you haven’t used the omron cuff, you’ll be satisfied with this cuff.
