Natural knee patch
I am over 60 yrs old and took a two week vacation with my kids to Tokyo & Sapporo, Japan. Just a little heads up, it is very humid there in September! Took the train (very efficient) everyday, then put in about 8-10 miles a day hiking. Alot of uphill terrain, that by the end of the day my knees needed a bit of relief. These patches were easy to pack, apply and would were for extended time. The scent was mild, the heat was perfect and they really would give me the pain relief I needed. Left me fit as a fiddle for the next day’s adventure. Highly recommend! Even my kids used them. They came in a 3 pack and came home with the extras.

Green adhesive comes off on knees upon removal. I had to use alcohol to remove it. I do not recommend buying these patches.
