OK.Pros: Silent. Does not announce your blood pressure with a loud voice that you cannot be turned off (Of course some people may want their BP cuff to announce their readings). Lightweight. Compact. Good for travel. Seems more accurate than other kinds of wrist BP cuffs. Simple to use.Cons: Is not a rechargeable type. A bit expensive for what it is. A bit too simple; If you need it to store previous BP readings and/or have a function to record more than one person’s BP readings, this does not have those features (I have another real cheap-o BP cuff that (supposedly) records readings for more than one person and stores past readings but it is not so easy to figure out).But I do like this A&D Medical Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor so far.I will have to continue to use the item and see how it works on a longer term basis.I will update as I am able to.UPDATE JULY 14 2025I originally said that the BP cuff does not store previous BP readings. I have learned to use the cuff a bit more since and it seems that it does store some previous readings. But it has been quite an accurate little BP cuff so far. I originally gave it 3 stars, I updated it to 4.I hope it continues to perform properly. I will update according to any more relevant findings.

Works great, fast and accurate. You may get error message or low/inaccurate reading if the wrist is very small or bigger than average wrist size. Durable.

Wildly inaccurate readings, all high. 4 adults had âdangerously highâ readings back to back, including those with normally low BP. When compared against doctorâs reading in office, then using this cuff, it was 15 high on systolic and 25 high on diastolic.Â

Before buying it, I read a lot of bad reviews, and hesitated a lot. It turns out that it reads exactly like emergency care/hospital. Yeah, shortly after I got, blood pressure shoots to 190 at 2am which leads to an emergency care. One tip, read instructions about how to use it, to get accurate readings , use it correctly.

Easy to Use
Product is easy to use. Readings are accurate. Does not come with a carry bag. The VA uses the upper arm version on it.

Readings match ones from a reader used by nurses in a healthcare setting.
Works good. I compared it to a more expensive wrist reader used by nurses in a hospital. The readings were nearly identical. My only complaint isn’t a big one. It has a height sensor to let you know if it’s at heart level. You program it when you do the other settings, like date, time, etc. I’ve tried at least four times, and I cannot seem to set mine. As I said, when comparing readings to one used in a healthcare setting, it read correctly. So, the height meter doesn’t seem to have any effect when using to get a reading.
