It came quickly, well packaged, was is exactly like the picture, everything works on the machine. Wish the instructions booklet was in a larger pamplet. The only thing I really didn’t like about the machine is the water container it could hold the heat to the container much better. I recommend that you definitely drain it after each use.

Must have facial steamer for at-home spa
I love my husband and I treat him to a DIY spa day at home once a month. This facial steamer helps me out a lot and makes him feel soothed, pampered, and taken care of. It opens up his pores and makes it easier for me to line up his mustache and pluck his eyebrows since the hair is a little moist and the follicle doesn’t tug as much. It heats up fast and sprays fine mist and as long as you follow the distance instruction you’ll be fine and won’t get burned. The mist is warm and feels amazing like gentle clouds caressing your face, and makes my face feel supple, hydrated, and smooth after. It’s awesome so far.It was also so easy to assemble, no tools needed, just lots of twisting. Took me less than 10 minutes to assemble. The tricky part was the wheels since they wobble, turn, and twist but wasn’t too bad. The black plastic is sleek and looks nice. It’s very easy to use too, but I’m not sure what the ozone feature does and haven’t used that feature or if I’ll even have a need for it. I read it’s good for acne but my husband doesn’t have crazy acne so it won’t be that life-changing. One thing to note is that there was a burning plastic smell at first. I thought I got a defective steamer but it goes away after a few minutes of use. It hasn’t come back so that might’ve been just an initial burnoff smell.The wheels make it easy to roll and glide smoothly on wood, tiles, and even very low carpet. Doesn’t stutter so I’m happy with its portability. It doesn’t fold up though so you’ll need vertical space and larger area for it to be stored. There is a very low hum when it’s in use but that becomes ambient noise after a few minutes so we didn’t mind. Also don’t hear it when we play some hip hop music in the background because who goes to the salon without some good music right? It feels sturdy and durable, so hopefully it lasts us a long time.Overall, this facial steamer is functional and great for our at-home DIY monthly spa day. It’s worth it and I recommend it. We will continue to use it every session. I also make sure to drain out all the water after each use since I don’t want calcium buildup in the tank.

Great At-Home Spa Steamer
The steam it produces is really strong and covers my face evenly – massive plus that you can use regular tap or purified water, and the water cup pops right out for cleaning after it cools down.Adjusting the height and swiveling the nozzle is super convenient, whether Iâm standing up or sitting back, and it pivots smoothly without any fuss. What I love most are the wheels – it rolls around my room quietly and the base feels really stable, not wobbly like some models Iâve tried. Setting up only took a few minutes, and cleaning hasnât been a hassle at all.

Confusing instructions
This is machine but the instructions are a bit confusing. The Safety warnings say enough to use it with wet hands., but using the product made my hands a bit wet. The instructions say not to use essential oils, but also tell you how to use essential oils.That said, once I put it together, and figured it out, it worked as expected.

This is a wonderful steamer. Its a great price for the quality. It was super easy to assemble with instructions. The manual is very easy to read and understand. It’s powerful and works really well. It does take a moment to get going so be mindful of that if you’re using it to service others.
