Am I able to sleep with this on?
No, please do not sleep with our heating pads even if you have set the auto-off timer. Compared with those body warmers, our heating pads feature higher temperature for effective hot therapy. Sleeping with it may increase the risk of being burned.
Is it portable?
No, it’s corded heating pad only powered by DC 12V adapter, can not be portable with power bank.
Does it support moist heat? How can I wash it?
Yes, owing to its DC 12V adapter, it’s safe to apply moist heat. You can use a wet sponge or a spray bottle to apply a fine mist to the inner side of the heating pad.

Helpful addition for TMJD
Have had about a week. Use this before bed for TMJD. I have found it a very helpful addition to my regiment. There is no one size fits all treatment for this so sadly many of us have elaborate routines to deal with this. For true TMJD this will not be your miracle cure but it has definitely been a helpful addition to my treatment plan.Â

Warm and snug
This product gets warm and as comfortable for my TMJ. It does not have any vibration. It does have a timer so that is nice. I have not used it consistently, so not sure if it is helping much since itâs hard to tell with my TMJ. But it does fit comfortably and seems to work as described. Easy to put on.

I use every day
I have had 12 surgeries over the past few years to correct my TMJ erosion and a lower facial reconstruction. Without going into detail letâs just say my jaw has been cut into so many times and I have every pain in the book. this mask is the ONLY heating pad iâve truly felt completely cover every aspect of my jaw i needed. ngl i teared up once it started to work cause i had been trying so many different ones and it was driving me crazy how little they worked. get this and you wonât regret it! it helps relieve my pain (which is a really hard thing to do) and makes it more manageable. you will look like magneto but the sizing is easy to play around with.

Fit not completely optimal
Arrived quickly. Velcro straps â top of head & back of neck â work well. Hot setting is really hot! Timer feature is quite helpful. Wrap from chin to back of jaw could be more generous. Would prefer more heat over TMJs & less to forehead. Perhaps I have a big head? I wish the cord were longer, since it would not turn on while plugged into a power strip. Very soft. Surprised I could wear my glasses under the wraparound pad.

Missing parts
Came with the head piece , spray bottle , ac adapter but no way to control settings or temperature. It technically works but I have no control of the settings . The mask plugs directly into ac . It states temperature control. When I reached out I received no response .
