Disappointed
I used this product as it specified for 14 days and did not have daily movement and one day was the worst in my âlifeâ not exaggerating it was horrible. Saying that, detox ??? I threw away the balance of the pills. I was more normal without them. I will try the powder in liquid next time.

Simple, gentle, and effective
Lately hubby has been dieting and trying to eat a high protein, high fiber diet. While the high fiber part of his regimen helps with “regularity”, there are days where he is eating lots of lean meat in between more balanced meals and that pushing things in the other direction.I got these for him a few weeks ago and we are glad to report that things are once again moving as they should!We have used psyllium fiber before, so we knew what to expect from that, although we are a bit impressed that the small amount in two capsules is producing the effects that it is. That makes us think that the other ingredients are having a synergistic effect, because normally we will use a full scoop of the psyllium fiber.Without going into detail, suffice to say, a week and a half of this supplement got things moving and seems to have helped him flatten his tummy a bit too, so it’s possible it helped some long lost meals find their way out.If you’re feeling bloated or irregular, it’s worth giving a try!
