Even’s out my moods and helps with overthinking and anxiety
Absolutely love these and now can’t live without them. I struggle with tons of anxiety, prob some PTSD from an extremely abusive relationship. I took these for a couple months and didn’t realize the difference… until I stopped taking them.. I quickly realized how much these (along with taking Magnesium) helped with my over thinking, anxiety, constant feeling of fear and panic. (prob need to see a licensed doctor but this is fine) . I’ve now been taking these for over a year and they are a great substitute for the therapy I’m sure I need. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

It actually freaking works. Crazy!!
Not going to lie… these are great. I started taking them 2 weeks ago. Then the red lady came…. I am able to get up and walk around during the red week. Since I turned 20 my periods have been painful and super heavy… now I am not on an over flow, I can walk without crying I am awake during my period instead of sleeping and taking middle the entire time. I thought it was going to be 3 months until I get results.. nope not at all. I feel like I am back in highschool with the bare minimum of pain. Normally I think all these things are fake… this isn’t. Everyone knows day 2 is the worse and day 3 can be difficult. It’s day 2 for me and I was able to run around without feeling nauseous or as if I’m going to pass out. 5 out of 5 I recommend. I can WALK!!! I AM SO CONFUSED ON HOW IT IS HELPING WITH PAIN. BUT ITS DOOOIIINNG IT.

It is doing something
I have severe PMDD. I was on sertraline for it for years and then decided with my doctor to wean off sertraline. My PMDD came back with a vengeance. I looked for relief online before taking the route of more medications or birth control and found this. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything to happen despite all the good reviews. And I am only giving it three stars for now until I can determine exactly what it is helping. This is my experience with these vitamins.My period goes like clockwork every month around the 25th. I started taking these during my PMDD time in December. Obviously there was no change as I had started them right in the middle of things. I continued to take them daily to see if they would make a difference for the following month. I started a random period, a shorter one, on the 11th of January. This was really weird, I am not sure if it had anything to do with these vitamins or not, but this is not something I have ever had happen before. This short period lasted about 4 days and was very light. Because of this I was not sure if I would be getting my regular period at the normal 25th-ish day that I do.Well it gets to the 24th and my period starts. I’ve had no symptoms, no breast tenderness that I always have, no crazy fluctuating moods where I am screaming then crying and borderline suicidal. I am irritable, very irritable, and pretty emotional over silly stuff but nothing else. So this feels like a big improvement. Since it has only been one month that I’ve taken this I can’t say for sure yet exactly what it is doing. It is definitely changing something, the breast soreness is a massive change. I am going to keep taking it and will update this review when I can say for certain it is not causing multiple periods a month and that my mood is actually better handled while taking it. The three stars are because of the random additional period and the cost, $30 a month is pretty steep. If my PMDD next month continues to feel improved I will raise my review.
