I am very pleased with this moisturizer because it feels very light when I apply it to my face. It works well for anyone who has challenges with oily skin. Good value for the price. I have ordered this moisturizer twice now, so overall I give it a thumbs up!

This stuff is so nice
I have a really bad T-zone, very dry cheeks but my forehead and nose produce enough oil every day to deep fry chicken. I really like this stuff. I can’t say it reduces my own oil production but it feels good to not be putting oil on my face when I know my skin is just going to produce more later. It’s the first time I’ve tried any oil free moisturizers and I was pleasantly surprised when it went on looking matte instead of gross and shiny. It’s lightweight and you don’t feel like you’re caking bacon grease onto your face when applying. The consistency reminds me of petroleum jelly a bit, but if it was a little more gel-like. No irritation or burning, no smell. The reason I left off one star is because of a few minor things-1) it doesn’t spread very far, I definitely have to use a lot more than other oil based moisturizers and I’m afraid I will go through it quickly because of that, and thus have to purchase moisturizer a lot more often than I’ve ever had to, though I do still feel like it’s worth it for the cost because my face does not take well to the oil based stuff, it clogs my pores and just adds to the shininess of my oily skin2) If I have a particularly dry zit that’s healing I have to put on a lot more extra in that spot, whereas with other moisturizers it usually seemed one coat everywhere would cut it. Not with this, I have to go back over after applying everywhere and add an extra dab on my dry zits or else you can see the flaky skin poking through3) I REALLY wish this was in a tub instead of a bottle. I hate having to spend extra effort and time to squeeze out stuff like toothpaste every single day for the last few weeks of the tube’s life. And needing to apply multiple times when I have dry acne to cover up, it’s just a big inconvenience. I would be ecstatic if Minimalist could upgrade this to a tub that I can just screw the lid off of and take a swipe of product however many times I need to every morningAll that aside though I’m pretty happy with the product itself. Everyone’s skin is different; don’t knock it til you try it!

Shipping was faster than expected – arrived early which was nice since I needed it for the weekend.The packaging was decent, nothing fancy but everything arrived intact.Quality is also as expected, good for new. I definitely needed another and the price point feels reasonable for what you get. matches the photos online pretty well.A few minor notes. Wish there was less packaging since I’m environmentally focused these days.Overall though, I’m satisfied with the purchase. Does exactly what I needed it to do. Would buy again if I need another one.

I have been a fan of Minimalist products since Dec 2020. They changed my skin for good. I have also been religiously using their sepicalm 3% oat moisturiser which I loooooovvve among Niacinamide 10% and some other serums from them. But I have to try when they have one for oily skin. Sepicalm is lightweight and really great for my combination skin. I used to have super oily skin but regular care regime with minimalist has changed my skin to a fairly normal type. But still this lightweight B5 moisturiser for oily skin seems to work. It has no stretchy feeling like some oil-free gel based moisturisers do. It’s a very hydrating and best of all, non-sweating, moisturiser. I would still buy sepicalm one for night or dry skin days, am in love with that, although I have tried a few other moisturisers like formula rx barrier plus cream for very dry days. But for some reason, sepicalm has the texture i love best.Against that, this B5 gel cream takes a bit more time to absorb on my skin but I love how it leaves the skin well hydrated and not at all warm and sweaty, nor dry and stretchy. Perfectly balanced. Great ingred list, as usual. Love the minerals in this. ❤️😊 Great job, Minimalist. 👌UPDATE:I bought a second tube because this is soothing and hydrating and a great moisturiser to use under makeup. Doubles up as a primer sort of. It is sticky as some other reviewers say, but that’s only when you use too much. A little goes a long way. Use like a pea size amount or a bit more, not a whole dollop. This is enough. When used carefully, it is not sticky and it gets absorbed and hydrates. But I have not experienced that burst of refreshing moisture from this product. But I will definitely keep this for the healing ingredients and its primer-function.

Je ne met que 3 étoiles mais je pense continuer de me fournir chez cette marque. Ce que je reproche à ce produit en particulier c’est la présence de dérivé de silicone, je pense qu’il serait préférable d’opter pour des ingrédients plus naturels que celui-ci, qui ne donne qu’un aspect hydraté. Ce que je reproche à tout les produits de la marque c’est de vendre des flacons/produits à moitié vide. Les emballage sont toujours à moitié vide et ça se voit beaucoup sur un produit dont l’emballage est flexible, il suffit d’appuyer pour vider l’air, et on voit qu’il est déjà presque vide. Pour ceux en verre c’est plus délicat, c’est à la seringue qu’on s’aperçoit que la quantité n’est pas celle mentionné. Remplissez vos produits et je mettrait 5 étoiles
