My impression is that the text and photos come out clear and sharp, without any smearing, streaks, or other imperfections. The colors are vivid, and the black toner produces a print that is deep and rich. This makes a considerable difference, particularly in works that demand careful attention to detail. I was actually astonished by how bright and vivid the colors seemed when I used it for some flyers that were mostly composed of graphics. This is something that is essential for having my materials stand out from the crowd. I believe that the print quality is on par with that of the original HP cartridges, which is quite an accomplishment when one considers that they are compatible replacements. Over the course of the previous several weeks, I have printed a considerable number of pages, and I have not yet seen any discernible reduction in the amount of toner that is there. The fact that these cartridges have a high yield makes them, in my opinion, a cost-effective alternative for someone like me who prints a lot of papers, both in color and in black and white. The fact that I do not have to change these cartridges as often as I do the ones that have a regular yield gives me the impression that I am getting a good deal for my money when purchasing them.

Everyone deserves a second chance – good recovery!
It started wonderfully, became a nightmare, and recovered well. Initial order arrived quickly, well packaged and on time. Then we did not need to install the cartridges for longer than expected. The day arrived – time to install the first cartridge. Opened the shrink-wrap, carefully removed the orange protective bits, pulled the toner tab and installed into our HP Laserjet … initializing … “non-hp products” … “supply problem!” … it would not print. DOA. Called and spoke to a rep at Amazon – they were great. Sent a replacement set of cartridges – they arrived today – installed the full set. BEAUTIFUL! Good looking prints! No defective markings – clear drum – good looking text, rich colors. Still says “non-HP products” but completes the initialization and recognizes these cassettes. The “supplies report” shows 0 prints on cartridges, and estimates page capacity at about 450 pages lower than what it says on the box, but for the value – close enough. Thank you for “saving” this order. Would have been a solid 5-stars if we did not have the initial problems. Good recovery.

These look like the real deal
First and foremost I was concerned my printer [HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw] firmware would not accept these cartridges. Encouraged by a few recent (<1 mo.) reviews associated with the .......fdw, I placed the order. Delivery was as scheduled shown in order details and Pkg arrived in good shape, so now was the moment of truth.I first installed only the magenta cartridge figuring if I was going to get rejected I could return at least 2 pristine color and 1 black cartridge. As printer ran through its paces I got a screen displaying "non-HP cartridge" overlaying a green circle with a check mark in it - Woo Hoo !!! As a precaution I printed a color bar test page without incident. I proceeded with yellow and cyan cart's (Black was not necessary at this time), and got the same non-HP advisement, but installation and calibration proceeded - again without incident. An additional color bar test then a flesh-tone rich photo and I am pleased with results. As an aside, I disabled printer updates (discussed elsewhere) the day before arrival. I can't say whether that made a difference or not.I'm stopping at 4-stars pending continued quality, and page count performance - to be updated appropriately in the future

Works on recent firmware updates
Ordered a few days ago and installed today. Installed 2 of the 4 cartridges since the other 2 still have some legs. Firmware date code on my HP MFP M283fdw is 20250219. Works perfectly. No issues, no shenanigans, just a little pop up during reinitializing that went away on its own. I’m really happy to be able to continue using the printer, seeing as the “genuine” toner is outrageously expensive. I’ll update if anything changes.
