    This really works – immediate relief and lasting improvement
    Wow! This book was a life saver when I hurt my back and was going to have to wait days for an appointment. The first time through definitely is a little tougher finding the right spots and getting into the positions, particularly when every movement hurts, but if you take your time and walk through the steps you will have instant improvements. I’ve struggled with back injuries previously and spent lots of money and time on chiropractors, acupuncture, physical therapy, etc. and none of them provided the improvements that this book will. The only comparable results I’ve gotten have come from an osteopath skilled in manipulations, which seems to be where a lot of this approach comes from. Being able to continually adjust throughout the day as the pain worsens instead of waiting days for appointments makes this an invaluable resource. Even better is that the relief helps relieve the core muscle issues instead of masking with drugs. Thanks for the great book, wish there was another for shoulders/neck as severe issues in lower back always seem to impact shoulders and neck for me as well.

    This book is a gift from heaven and I am so grateful I found it
    I have had 3 instances over that last 6 years where i have had debilitating muscle spasms. Each time they have lasted 2-3 months, with most of that time in uncontrollable pain. 1st happened when I was closing a trunk, second I was cutting fruit at the counter and third and just happened was holding a door for someone.After a week in bed unable to move I decided to look on amazon for other pain releif and in my search saw Gadi’s book go by. There were only a few reviews but the premise seemed plausible so I bought it.Within an hour I did the positions while lying in bed. It is now 4 hours later and it is as if I am almost back to my normal self, no more spasms or pain!!! :)I cannot believe how lucky I was to find this. I was sure I had another month or two of pain and now I know the secret.Thank you Gadi, you have no idea how appreciative I am for your work.

    It Does What it Says
    The method works. When Kaufman, the author, does this on you, he turns spasms off like a light switch. This book won’t clone you into him, but it gets you started, you get better with practice, and you’re closer and cheaper than he is.This book gets straight to the point. It’s like a cookbook,do what he tells you and it works. However, and he tells you, practice makes perfect. Reading the book won’t make your back feel better. You have to get down on the floor, your bed, wherever, and do it. Note: the hard copy works better for this than the e-book. You’ll be flipping through it as you go through the steps, and that doesn’t work so well on a kindle, or especially on a computer.

    It helped me
    I am a former massage therapist, and I was drawn to the idea of simple, positional release techniques, that incorporated trigger-point therapy concepts. I was quite surprised to have quite a few chronic pain issues resolved using this book. I am fortunate enough to live in Southern California, where the author maintains a practice; so I made an appointment. The hand injury that ended my massage career is fine now. My chronic neck tension is 95% gone. I can recommend this book, and am grateful to Gadi Kaufman for making his extensive training so accessible for so many.

    I highly recommend this book! It has saved me. I have been battling overall body problems and the techniques I learned in this book were of tremendous help. I know do the simple exercises daily. Glad I found it!

    This book really works!
    I am one of Gadi’s patients in Los Angeles and also use this book extensively. The releases that he has taught me have absolutely cured my recurring hip and lower back pain caused by out of level hips and core muscles in constant spasm.I had almost given up hope of finding relief for my pain after seeing many doctors, orthopedists, physical therapists, and massage therapists. I had pain at the top of my quads, lower back, piriformis, and hip flexors and everyone I saw thought it had a different underlying cause. That is until I saw Gadi and he showed me how to get my muscles and core back on track. In a matter of several visits learning the releases taught in this book my aches and pains have almost completely gone away. I feel like a new person!

    BEST book! This book and Gadi changed my life. I have struggled with horrible back pain that would leave me unable to walk or work and with the help of Gadi and this book- I am fixed! the book is great to read, easy to understand and the way Gadi frames each exercise makes them easy to perform and once you do them you’ll never go back! GET THIS BOOK!

    “Gadi’s technique of Strain Counterstrain has really helped me with my back pain. It is a pain free technique and I felt instant relief. The best part is that Gadi teaches you these techniques so you can help yourself at home. They really work. I recommend his book, Relief from Back Pain in 90 Seconds. There are wonderful illustrations and descriptions so you can practice the technique on yourself. Of course it’s always better to go in for a session with Gadi. He can relax my entire nervous system in one session. I walk out feeling GREAT!!!”Chiropracters made my back pain worse and created more problems. This gentle and effective technique gets to the source of the problem, MUSCLE SPASMS. Only Gadi’s method can release muscle spasms and relax the nervous system.
