In another since of clean, TMI alert: when you wipe there is literally nothing on the toilet paper. At first I thought it was just a one time occurrence but it continued. I suffer of IBS and I tried many different laxatives but with no results. This one makes miracles. It is gentle (no cramps, gasses..) but effective. Simply the best and only thorough colon cleanser I’ve used. Pop 4 in before bed. In the morning, the purging begins — I was never woken up in the middle of the night by this, although it might happen if you eat badly the same day. Don’t be surprised if your movements are watery, that is the goal – this product breaks down the hardened / embedded matter in the intestines by liquefying all the waste matter. Unlike when you have diarrhoea, you don’t feel weak after using this product – but you will need to use the toilet a few times a day, so be aware.When using this, its best to do it as a course for a week at least (ideally 2 weeks to a month) — drink a LOT of water and/or no-sugar-added juices. Try to stick to an alkaline, fresh diet providing plenty of fiber – fruits, vegetables, etc.Using this, I could feel decades-old discomfort in the intestines revealed as old hardened matter that was just not budging until I used this product. Be aware, a lot of emotion and negativity is stored in the intestines, and you will feel release, just relax and let go.This works a lot better than other things I have tried in the past (triphala which is great for the body, epsom salts, etc. etc.). The price needs to come down to make this more affordable – sellers, please import a bigger batch and sell it here, you will get great reviews / volumes when the price is good!
