Finally Getting a Good Nightâs Sleep!
Iâve tried a handful of sleep aids over the years, but OLLY Sleep Gummies are by far my favorite. I have been using them for several months, and they actually work! Within about 30 minutes of taking them, I feel relaxed and ready to drift off without that groggy or heavy feeling some pills leave behind. The blend of melatonin, L-theanine, and botanicals helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. Plus, the berry flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet. These have become a nightly routine I truly look forward to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gentle, effective way to improve your sleep!

Works for me.
These were recommended, and they really seem to kick in after about 30 minutes and make you feel tired/drowsy. There’s no after effect in the morning, in fact waking up after four hours, I don’t feel as drowsy. (but according to my smart watch, I just had deep sleep and REM sleep in that period. I don’t get deep sleep the rest of the night, just within the first few hours).Works for me, I have used these for a year or so and continue to do so.

Get to sleep!
I have been taking one of these every night at 9pm and they keep me sleeping deep through the night until I wake up at 6am fully rested. They are strong so I only take one rather than 2 as recommeneded. They work better than just plain melatonin for me and do not give me headaches like other brands. I do think they are a bit pricey so that is the only reason they get 4 stars.

I was taking Benadryl for a sleep aid. I didnât want to take it long term so I ordered this product to replace the Benadryl. The adult dosage is 2 pills but I have found that one pill is sufficient for a good nightâs rest.

The only brand and melatonine that actually works for me. Iâve tried several brands and kinds but Olly 10 mg softgel are the best and really help you to sleep.
