I have been taking this product for years and have it on auto ship so I don’t run out. It has consistently kept my cholesterol down. There is no fishy flavor and it’s easy to swallow. I would definitely recommend this product.

Good Supplement
I wanted to try this to see if it can help with my cholesterol.It’s only been a few days but it doesn’t have a strong odor, but I noticed that I have a few non fishy burps. Hopefully I see a change when I do bloodwork again.

Low omega levels
I have started functional therapy, and I guess I have low omega levels. I like clean products that have been 3rd party tested, no metals and no artificial colors. I do not taste a fishy taste nor have fishy breathe. The pills are larger but they do not bother me, I am excited to see if there is a change in my brittle nails, brittle hair and hopefully I get better sleep since low omega levels can have these negative affects . I will keep yall posted !

While the pills are large, I have no problem swallowing them. They have no aftertaste or adverse affects on me. In fact, they do help me keep my lab work within normal ranges, so I’d recommend them.

Good product however drink a lot of water otherwise you will burp fish oil and is gross to get rid of the taste
