Gentle and natural remedy
I deal with occasional constipation and sometimes Iâve used over-the-counter remedies, but theyâre usually too harsh on my stomach. A friend recommended this to me, so I gave it a try and Iâm really glad I did! It worked really well without being aggressive, which I really appreciated. I also like that itâs made from natural ingredients and comes in convenient little packets, so itâs easy to take. Plus, the price is very reasonable for 30 packets. Iâll definitely keep this on hand!

Odd way to take fiber
Don’t mistake these for a powder to add to your drink. These capsules/pellets are designed to be swallowed with water like so many tiny pills. That can definitely difficult and you may need to separate a dose into two swallows. Make sure you drink plenty of water with these.Other than the odd format, this fiber supplement seems to function just as any other finer supplement. Overall highly recommend.

I think it’s a good product. I did not have any problem swallowing it; in my case, I drank the whole sachet at once. I believe it’s up to the individual. I recommend others to drink it separately, maybe as shown in the instructions. I really enjoyed consuming this product and felt the results. I suggest it to everyone who has digestive problems. What I like is that this product is a combination of all-natural ingredients. The price is okay. Actually, I like Korean productsâthey are more natural and have all the certificates to prove they are of the best quality.

I’d rather enjoy my fiber & calories. This isn’t a worthwhile supplement imo
Most of the ingredients in these funny little pellets are (1) only effective at higher doses than what is in these tubes, and (2) actually taste good when not put into weird, rock hard pellets. As a result, this seems like a waste of a supplement. For one, it’s not strong enough to have an effect on my colon health or regularity. For two, as someone with a restricted diet and who counts every calorie, I could actually ENJOY most of these ingredients in their whole form as a meal rather wasting the calories on a swallow-fast supplement. Maybe that doesn’t make sense to many people but to me, this product is an awkward and rather ineffective addition to my daily routine.That said, the ingredients aren’t BAD. These don’t have unnecessary fillers, added junk like maltodextrin, etc, and the additional herbs and kelp have excellent benefits. I would say this is better than most encapsulated colon health products as far as ingredient purity goes. I’m just not sold on the dogfood or fishfood pellet way to get key nutrients when I’d rather make a gruel or cereal I could enjoy.

Effective and great quality product
I am familiar with Korean products, so it was no problem for me to consume this one. In my experience, it’s better not to consume an entire stick of granules at once. Instead, I recommend dividing it into three or four doses and drinking each with plenty of water separately. I believe that consuming the product as granules is more effective than in capsule form.I particularly liked the combination of Psyllium husk, Coleus forskohlii, and fish collagen. Overall, it’s a good product.

I can’t get them down
Yeah, I thought that I’d be able to take these, but I simply can’t. The individually wrapped pouches contain what I would call “small pellets” that you are meant to drop some in your mouth and wash them down, sort of like taking a number of small pills at the same time, and I just can’t. The feel in my mouth is totally weird, and maybe it’s just me, but I can’t get them down. I’ve tried.I think the idea of these individually wrapped supplements is a great idea though, as when I travel it would make bringing my fiber supplement easier.
