Amazing high quality probiotic at a super value. Far exceeded my expectations for this product.
The NatureMyst probiotics have helped me tremendously. I take a number of prescription medication with a common side effect of irregularity. Over the years I’ve tried just about everything out there, OTC and RX in a effort to alleviate this issue- nothing worked to my satisfaction, UNTIL i stumbled upon the NatureMyst probiotics.I first purchased a bottle a couple months ago and although i was pleased all the way around, with Quality, effectiveness and price, out of curiosity I tried a different brand, and within about 3 days’ time I began to realize I had made an unfortunate mistake, Once again, this times after only 3 days of taking NatureMyst probiotics I’m feeling far better than I have since I tried the other brand. I will be sticking with the NatureMyst – no more experimenting for me!Unlike some reviewers I have not experienced a foul smell from the caplets. They do have a distinct smell but it’s definitely not gag-worthy to my very sensitive nose.I did have some minor stomach discomfort in the first few days of starting my first bottle. (which is completely normal due to the balance of flora normalizing itself in the intestines.) This 2nd time around the adjustment period is nominal, had I not switched to the other brand for the last month I wouldn’t be dealing with it at all.In closing I highly recommend NatureMyst probiotics, as my experience with them has been truly remarkable. Irregularity completely gone, bloating completely gone, stomach discomfort has been replaced by a very pleasant ‘lightness’. Thanks to the folks at NatureMyst for bringing such a high quality product to the market. I will purchase these as long as they are available to by. Honestly if I found myself suddenly unable to acquire them I’d be very distraught.

I have noticed positive changes.
At first I was skeptical of this product. I tried to do as much research, based on reviews, as I could. I came across a website called fakespot.com, which gave this product an F claiming most of the Amazon reviews were fake and could not be trusted.I was worried whether the product would really work or not, but for the affordable price, I thought I’d give it a shot.After taking the product for a few months now, I can confirm that this probiotic definitely has benefits. I don’t feel anything going on inside my gut like some people claim, but I also don’t feel the discomfort of IBS anymore either.I would suffer from bouts of IBS at least a few times a month. My bouts with IBS were typically induced by eating specific foods and the times I would consume them seemed to be a problem also. My dad’s chili was one food that would hit me, and eating dairy too late at night seemed to affect me as well.With these probiotics, I no longer have to avoid eating my two favorite things mentioned above. Additionally, I go more regularly now, and the effectiveness of my bowl movements has improved significantly. Without going into too great of detail, my #2’s are as productive as when I was a young child, which has been a long time ago. I also feel less gassy and bloated.I have since noticed the fakespot letter grade was changed to an A, which in my opinion is a good thing, because the NatureMyst probiotic works for me.For anyone suffering from mild bouts of IBS who are not diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, or some other severe intestinal issues that should be treated by a doctor, I’d recommend giving this product a try.

Positive changes at reasonable price
Since my wife and I started taking these, I have had improved digestion (also combating leaky gut among other things) and my wife has started sleeping better. She had battled with insomnia for some time, and since I learned that seratonin is produced naturally in the gut, I figured these would probably help, where other things didn’t. While I am also supplementing for the other gut things, I’ve noticed that my flareups with dairy are less bothersome (B. Longum specifically helps break down lactose and produces its own lactase enzyme – it takes time, don’t expect massive changes within a week) after not maintaining my own natural lactase production due to cutting out dairy for a time and eating the standard american diet of antibiotics, estrogen based pesticides, and genetically modified death.I decided to try this after some research and found this product meets the basics *ANYTHING IN PARENTHESIS IS A BASIC SUMMARY*: at least 40B CFUs (anything less is a negligible gain), at lest 11 different strains (anything less is also negligible), doctor formulated (to ensure you’re getting useful stuff in right amounts), shelf stable (to withstand shipping temperatures), and although it’s recommended to heal leaky gut first without PREbiotics (to help heal a little faster if I remember right) I’ve found this doesn’t really effect me too much.I buy two of these each month, one for me and one for the wife. I may try and find something with extra CFUs (50-80B) but for this price, it’s the best probiotic I’ve found.
