Easy five-stars! I have taken probiotics for more years than I can remember, and consider them to be one of the most important of the supplements I take on a daily basis. Having tried many brands over the years I consider this one is the best! (Believe me, in my search for “the best”, I have paid a lot more, and have received a whole lot less by way of noticeable health benefits.). Identifying the “colonies” on their label is impressive, as very few brands do this. Ten different strains is also a definite plus.
