    Excellent book on this topic.
    Sexual Health and Wellbeing: A Holistic Handbook for Men’s Performance, Pleasure, and Self-Discoveryis a straightforward and practical guide to male sexual health and healing.It’s very technical in its coverage of all aspects of sexual health including tie-ins with other areas of the body that I didn’t even know existed. All in all a very informative book that I look forward to studying further.

    Dopamine
    This book so far is really helping me with my intimacy issue im dealing with currently. There is so much in this book im looking forward to getting to. Right now i’m deep the section called “Dopamine Pathways and Reward Systems” because i’m someone who has ADHD. It’s so interesting how much dopamine plays a role sexual function. Dopamine gets released in anticipation of a known joyful event but if it does not meet expectations it will need to get recalibrated for future expectations.

    Foundation of men sexual health
    I like that the book explain from the basics of men sexual health. It allows me to understand more about the Vagus Nerve’s role and the men sexual health.The assessment on Emotional mapping is useful for me. I also find the following chapters useful.- Body mapping exercise- Emotional mapping exercise- Testosterone and libido- Somatic awareness practice.However, it will be much better if there are pictures and illustrations in the book.

Not sure if I would want this on my bookshelf at home:) These types of books are usually filled with hype, gimmicks, or shallow advice but what I must say is, I appreciated how the book treats male wellness as more than just physical. It goes deep into how mindset, stress, nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional awareness all play a part in sexual vitality.
