The tablets are scored and can be split easily in half to reach and slightly exceed a daily consumption requirement.The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for âsufficientâ consumption of this vitamin is approximately 75 mg. for adult women and 90 mg. for adult men. Good low dose vitamin C
This is a very affordable low dose vitamin C supplement. I needed something low dose, since higher doses of vitamin C convert to oxalate in the body and cause various health issues.It’s also really nice that these are tablets, with a score mark, so you can easily break them into smaller doses. I found that I did better with a lower dose than the full tablet.

READ THE INGREDIENTS!!!
With at least 10 chemicals beside the vitC (capsule and binder) in this product, you really seriously need to look into these and their “benefits”…I am throwing this stuff in the garbage, what ever it actually is…Why can’t we unworthy slobs just get clean vitamins?
