Great buy
This is a pretty accurate wrist bp wrist cuff device. It’s a bit slow, but it makes up for itself w/ the bluetooth and other features. This is my third wrist bp cuff and it seems to do well against the other higher priced ones. I tested it against what the nurse’s cuff did and it was very close to the same measurement.

I downloaded the app following the quick app guide (someone gave it 1 star because it wasn’t compatible with their model, but it is different than this one). I launch app, put the monitor on my arm, and then press start. It was so easy to use. I think it is generally accurate (given my doctor also had similar findings the last time I was in his office). I will have to use it a few more times following the direction (wait 5 minutes, also have a pillow beneath my armpit, and hold my wrist at the same level as my heart) but I think this is a very useful tool for diagnostic if a person needs to check their blood pressure daily. I also love the case it comes in to really protect the device if you need to travel with it. The only downside is it is still using micro USB for charging in 2025 when almost everything uses USB-C. For that, it loses a star and I’m giving it a solid 4 stars.

**âââââ 1â¯Star â Wildly Inaccurate and App Barely Works**
I bought this Yuwell wrist monitor for quick daily checks, but itâs completely unreliable. Readings swing 30â40â¯points within the same minute, even when Iâm sitting perfectly still with the cuff positioned exactly as the manual shows. My doctorâs office confirmed the device was consistently off by a mile compared to their calibrated arm monitor.The âHealthcare+â Bluetooth app is another headache. Pairing drops every time the screen locks, half the measurements never sync, and the interface freezes on a white screen whenever I try to export data. Customer support suggested reinstalling the app (did that twice) and then stopped replying.To top it off, the cuff isnât truly âlargeââit pinches if you have bigger wrists, and the Velcro is already peeling after two weeks. Battery life is also disappointing; I had to recharge after just 12 readings. Save your health data (and sanity) and buy something accurate.

Easy to Use, Compact, Nice Case, Accurate Reading for Me
Pretty simple device. Well packaged and includes a nice hard case. First thing I did was charge it up to 100%. The provided cable has a USB-A connector on the charger side and a Micro-USB connector (old style Android device connector) at the device. This is not very convenient for me – a USB-C connector at the device would be better as I have lots of USB-C cables already plugged in and ready to charge a device.Very easy to use — just make sure it is oriented on your wrist as stated in the documentation and that you keep your wrist at the same height as your heart, otherwise you will get strange results. Results seem relatively accurate for both heart rate (HR) and blood pressure (BP). Very handy compared to a bp device you wrap around your arm. It’s small enough to keep in a drawer in my family room (or anywhere else).It comes with an app but I don’t need it so didn’t spend a lot of time with it. It seems reasonable. The name of the app is “Health Care +”. Since this is an app that only allows you to store/monitor/download/upload BP and HR results, I think a more appropriate name would be something like “Yuwell BP+HR Monitor”. I have a number of health apps and the app name just causes confusion.All things considered, a pretty good deal with a nice discount.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It works but I was hoping for something that could tell me what my BP was doing while dealing with these idiots n traffic. You still must keep too still for the unit to get a good reading so I don’t really see the benefit to having it on your wrist personally.

Works well and charge lasts
I like the fact that it’s rechargeable so I don’t have to swap out batteries every so often other than that it works well I just put on my left to wrest, and relax and start taking readings The good thing about it comes with instructions that tells you what to do and that you could keep track of it by checking every single day at around the same time so I love the instructions cuz it gives you an idea of how to properly use it not just use it so that I like about it and it works well the screens clear super easy to read. Also the voice quality is clear and you can understand that and the prices very very decent as for the readings are accurate I would still prefer an arm one, but this does a job with great readings that are very very accurate.
