Sorely Disappointed
I was excited when got my order only to be disappointed.. I took the-cords out to charge them. After about 4 hours, i put them together. The light came on but when i press it to my skin, it does nothing. I can wiggle the top a little and it comes on, but when i try to use it, it does nothing. This is quite depressing because i just lost my husband of 58 years and i needed to have little hard removed before the funeral. They wouldnât work — either of them. I had to revert to a razor which is not good. I had the first YES for over 7 years and i am sorry these didnât work.

Smooth shaver, no pain
Works just as well as the name brand. Even though it is an epilator, you can’t feel the pull. It feels like a shaver. Close and smooth without pain.

Not good quality
I have had version of this by a good quality brand for over 10 years. I bought this one to replace the head on my current one. It finally wore out.nthis one is not the same quality. It feels like a cheaper made version. The on and off button is strange you can’t hardly tell if you turned it on or not. It works okay but I took the heads off that I needed replaced and put them on my old unit. I don’t think these will last very long maybe a year if I’m lucky but for sure not the 10 years that I had before..does the job well but I see myself having to replace it in a few months if that long.
