Okay so I have only just started using it and so far Iâm impressed. My mouth just feels more clean and fresh. I am not a fan of the taste which hopefully Iâll get more used too after a while. But using the tongue scrapper afterwards and it was much better. Overall it was the first oil pulling I have used and Iâm impressed by it.

A must have to your oral routine
Iâve been using this kit for almost a month now, and Iâm seriously impressed with the results! My teeth are noticeably whiter and feel so much healthier.
