Works perfectly.
I read the reviews which were mixed. I have had no problems so far and my face feels cleaner and softer after each use. What makes me happier is that replacement heads are available which I have found is not always the case. It has. 6 settings and very functional. I do not know about battery life because after each use I put it back in the charger. I think it was worth what I paid and I am happy with my purchase. I have not had it long but so far so good.

Itâs been a long hard road with this thing
So I bought this thing, it didnât work out of the box, wouldnât charge, wouldnât hold a charge, but I would leave it on the charging cradle and every now and then like once every three weeks it would just magically decide to charge after sitting there for weeks being unresponsive. Then I would turn it on, it would buzz for six seconds, then promptly die after telling me it had a full charge and become totally unresponsive again. I contacted the Michael Todd people. After having to send them two months of emails, video after video of it not working regardless of what I did, multiple images of this thing from every angle in every possible state, images of the box and the barcode, and giving them everything except my first born, they told me to send it back to them so they could decide if there was ACTUALLY anything wrong with it. That really ticked me off. Their customer service is absolutely rotten and unhelpful. So I just left the thing sitting on the charging cradle broken and not charging but plugged in. The plug works just fine btw, but this thing wouldnât charge. Weeks and weeks went by. Then one day I walked in and it was randomly fully charged again. This had happened many times, I didnât trust it, but I picked it up and turned it on and it actually worked. So when I was done I put it back on the charging cradle figuring that was the last and only time I would ever get to use it, but⦠it started charging again. I still didnât trust it, but it kept working and kept charging. Seems fine now, itâs been a couple of months, and itâs worked every single day since the day it just⦠fixed itself. I donât know, I keep it in the bathroom so maybe the humidity of the bathroom affected the wiring components enough to straighten out a small short that was in it? I have no idea, but after months of this thing being broken it suddenly decided to start working without me doing anything. I have no scientific explanation for this, but itâs the truth, the stupid thing fixed itself. So if you get one of these, you better pray to whatever deity you believe in it works because the Michael Todd customer service team isnât going to be any help whatsoever if you get a defective one just FYI. And Iâm not talking about this Amazon seller, Iâm talking about the device manufacturer, theyâre absolutely horrible.

It lasted less than a year [UPDATE]
The update: I contacted the manufacturer for help. They told me to leave it on the charger for 12 hours so I did. Now it works as it should. What a relief!!I wanted to love this but the entire year I’ve had it, it’s had charging issues. My skin definitely felt more clean using this and it was softer afterwards as well. The problem I’ve had is with charging. It says it’s fully charged, I take it off the base to use it…amd it dies after two seconds. I wouldn’t say this is worth the price of they all have battery issues.

Wonât fully Charge
I bought this to replace my 10+ year old soniclear elite which works just fine but canât keep a full charge anymore.I really love this product but this new version of it is horrible. Straight out of the box it came with no charge. The instructions say to charge for 24 hours but itâs been well over 30 hours now since I got it on the 17th and it still only has one blinking charge light. I have switched outlets, I have removed it from the base and unplugged the wire and back on again yet it still wonât fully charge.Given the reviews here it seems this is an issue and trying to resolve it with the company is likely to give me gray hairs so I wonât be bothering with them. This product is going back first thing tomorrow. What a disappointment. I guess they donât make them like they used to.

Not user friendly and heavy
such a disappointment. The brush is heavy and hard to set at the speed desired. You can barely tell when to change facial cleaning areas and it has no auto timer. the worst facial cleaning brush ever.

This is a good product.
I would recommend this to friends. It is a very good product, effective in maintaining the skin, just wish it had 2 or 3 of the facial brush attachment instead of 1 because that is the add-on that is mostly used. The body attachment and the metal-looking attachment is not as necessary at all. But otherwise, the facial brush and device do the job. I give it an 8.5 out of 10.
