My son got some of these when he almost cut his finger/nail off. Healed it very well & his nail didnât fall off. I cut my finger on my paper cutter. Healed it quickly. My other son was working construction & dropped a cabinet his big toe. It caused a huge blood blister. After popping it, I cleaned the toe & put this on. Three days later, after cleaning it & applying this, no more blister. Besides all of this, I decided to buy some, after I scraped my leg, deeply on metal. I cleaned the scrap & applied this for two days, and almost healed. I feel this stuff is WAY better than neosproin(sp).
