I’m a licensed massage therapist and I’ve been using this gun on my clients for the past few weeks. When I’m using the gun on a specific area the gun is quiet, but when I’m just holding it can be super loud….lol. The battery lasts a really long time and the heat function takes a few minutes to heat up but when it does….my clients love it!!! It’s not too hot and they feel their tight muscles melting!! I’m still trying the different attachments but so far so good!! I’m happy with my purchaseâ¤ï¸

I took off a star because this massager doesn’t come with a carrying case. Otherwise great! I love the heat and cold function. The battery lasts a long time, so easy to use. The 1st setting is a bit stronger than I’m used to but I don’t mind it. I’ve been using in various areas and getting pain relief!

Interesting massage gun that needs to be more intuitive
First off you should know this is a nice looking product, and it does feel like it has some quality to it. The unit feels solid, including when it is running. Speaking of that, making it run is not intuitive. Pressing the power button makes the lights turn on, but nothing happens after that no matter what button you push. The instructions shed no light on that. There is a diagram that points out the power button, but they don’t bother telling us we need to hold the power button to turn it on. It’s just weird to let a single button press turn on the lights, when you know nothing else is going to happen.The instructions are just weird in general. For example, they say the massager cannot be used over clothing, which made me think maybe it is touch activated, and needs bare skin for that. Nope. It works just fine over the clothing.It has a wide variety of attachments that have names listed in the instructions, but the names largely don’t tell us what the attachment does. I charged the unit and tried it out, and it feels nice on the lower settings. After about level three it gets to be too much for me.The unit is called “ice and fire” on the front of the box. I assume that is alluding to the button that will switch between heating and cooling the metal massage head. The “ice” mode is just a small fan that blows from behind the massage head. “Fire” does provide heat but it isn’t much, and certainly not enough to affect the massage. The heat and cool are gimmicks.But this massage gun is pretty nice so far. The price is not bad, and less than they charge at our neighborhood store that has a pharmacy, and sells all kinds of other medical supplies. So if this product will last a good while, it is probably worth the price.

Heat and cooling barely noticeable, but overall massages well
I was curious how the heating and cooling element to this massager would function. I can confirm that if you hold your bare hand to it after turning that on you can tell that it is warm/cool/ However it does not have enough temperature emphasis to replace something like a hot/cold pack you would normally sit with. So I am unsure what functional benefit it gives.It is not intuitive, but pressing the power button will turn on the display and holding it will start the massage. From there tapping it again will increase the vibration and a separate button will adjust the temperature. It comes with most of the massage heads you will want for various body parts and is strong. I’ve used it several times now without needing to recharge yet so the battery lasts well.Overall its a decent massager at a low price point. Just dont go in expecting anything magical out of the temperature options.
