Same great product with a peppermint scent that doesnât linger.
**UPDATE 07/11/2025**I wanted to update my review and rating from 1 star to 5 stars. After some research, I discovered that Bariatric Pal has started putting a peppermint scented tab inside to reduce that vitamin smell inside the bottle and it works. I use a pill organizer to keep my supplements organized so I can easily tell if I remembered to take them.After sitting in the pill organizer overnight, the peppermint smell was gone and so was that typical vitamin smell. They literally have no smell which is awesome. Also, Bariatric Pal says you can continue to use the peppermint tab to freshen other things like closets, shoes, or anything that could use it after you run out of vitamins.The vitamins themselves are still the same, great capsules and ingredients we know and have worked so well. Itâs a win win. If the peppermint smell or taste bother you, just put your vitamins in a sorter or pull one out a few hours before you plan to take it so it can âair out.â**Original Review**Iâve been taking these vitamins since September 2024 and have always thought they were great. My bloodwork has always been good since I started taking these. They have always been unflavored but I just opened my most recent order and lo and behold a very, very strong peppermint flavor has been added. Itâs almost like someone accidentally poured peppermint oil into something along the line that these are produced on so now theyâre very off putting because you burp up peppermint. I never had an issue with vitamin or iron burps with this brand which is why Iâve been using it over others, but now I canât take these with my protein shakes in the mornings like Iâve always done because they cause my shake to taste bad due to the peppermint lingering in your mouth.If youâre allergic to peppermint, you should consider another vitamin because these donât even list anything on their ingredients that indicate that anything peppermint related has been added.

I really like these multivitamins. They don’t make your urine stink. It’s one of those things that I’m worried about with vitamins. But I’m happy to know I feel better I haven’t taken this product and that it has the full vitamin panel supplement My body needs. Definitely worth the purchase. You don’t have to eat a thousand vitamins five times a day, exaggeration, but you get what I’m saying.

Interesting new flavor
I’ve purchased these previously in a larger container. In this 30 day supply bottle, they have a small white bar that I’m sure is to help keep it dry but it smells of strong peppermint & makes the vitamins taste like mint. It’s ok as long as you take with water but if you’re not expecting it & take it with something that may not go with it, it definitely creates a strange taste!

Iâve been using these to maintain my vitamin levels after bariatric surgery, and theyâve been great. Easy to take, no stomach issues, and my labs have stayed right where they need to be.
