After two Facial Cleaning Devices both failed to operate, and no response from the manufacturing company I have given up. No response from the company but the device was a good idea.

Stopped working in a month
Ordered this May 6 and by June 13th it has stopped working, tried battery change and no luck. Otherwise it worked fine, bristles are a little softer than I like but did ok.

Wonderful little machine. Decent power for 2 AA batteries. No problem with power loss when applying soap, I use a face bar and had no loss of power blathering.
